Dismantling of old unserviceable bending/broken steel tubular pole of any size with necessary disconnection of electric wire, demolition of concrete foundation including excavation, earthwork and removing scrap from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles 9.0 metre long, type 410 SP-31 in true verticle position complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, pole cap, etc. confirming to IS-2713 of 1980 including painting with two coats of black bituminious paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth and the remaining portion of exterior surface shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surfaces and numbering to be done in black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete and removing the same from site including excavation and earthwork as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanized stay wire (stay strand) of size 7 / 4 mm with properly tightening the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F stay assembly complete with all accessories and stay clamps all as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part I with using stay rod of 20 mm dia., 1.8 m long and stay plate galvanised steel of size 23 cm x 23 cm x 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Excavation, concrete foundation, stay wire, stay clamps, etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply, fixing & testing of 16 Sqmm, 2 Core XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing acessories including taking down old unserviceable XLPE cable, old brick bats or precast cable cover & GI pipe used for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Earthwork, sand cushioning, bricks, GI pipe, etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of steel tubular poles and stay with necessary form work as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50.00 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 M above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of cross arms fixed on Steel tubular poles carefully including separating and getting aside, serviceable cross arms for re-use in the work and removing unserviceable cross arms from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F cross arms made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp back plate with bolts, nuts and washers drilled for insulator bolts welding bending cold or hot in any shape or size as directed and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only old serviceable cross arms with providing new bolts, nuts and washers as required including painting with one coat of aluminium paint after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of LT insulators of any type and size from position and removing unserviceable insulators from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F pin type insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing only old serviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 75mm height, 90mm dia (maximum) including mild steel straps of section 31mmx3mm, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolt and nut suitable for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing only old serviceable shackle type insulator obtained from serial item No. 16 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90 x 140mm and clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling LT over head ACSR conductor of any size including separating, serviceable conductor and kept in safe custody for re-use in the work and removing unserviceable conductor from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on over head LT electric line with stretching and tensioning the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminum binding wire not less than 2mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Restringing only of old serviceable ACSR conductor obtained from serial item no. 22 above including binding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair earth wire guarding cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia including dismantling old unsericeable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable LED street light fittings of 1 x 30 Watt, 1 x 45, 1 x 70/72 Watts from existing poles to carry out the necessary repair like replacement of electronic driver including rewiring, necessary electric connection and fixed to existing GI pipe bracket on pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Electronic driver shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only electronic driver suitable for LED street light fittings of 30 to 72 Watts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing of old painted surface of steel tubular electric pole 8.5 mtr long (effective painted length from top of foundation concrete to top of pole) including struts cross arms clamp, etc fitted on pole and applied one coat of aluminum paint after properly cleaned with sandpaper/wire brushes including writing pole No. with size of letter 40 mm height in block letters as ( MES/RNG/...) and so on with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint over white synthetic enamel paint base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches, bushes n.exc 3 m girth all along LT overhead lines/guard wire and removing branches out of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- One metre lenght comprising of 6 feeder of 2/4 conductors each shall be measured and paid as one unit.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (I) item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead GI earth wire. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe,bends,elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Lowering of high mast light assembly from 12 to 16 metres high mast and refixing the complete assembly on 16 mtr top after repairing of light any type/wattage incl complete dismantling, checking & replacement of unserviceable parts and components as required and make the light fittings operational including cleaning acrylic/glass cover and refixing the same after repair/replacement of spare parts complete with necessary electrical connection with two single core 2.5 sqmm PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor of required length complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (b) The greasing of pully, roller, bearing and gear and refixing of rope clamp, adjustment of lock, lever etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
