Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA for 1 sec) cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanised steel flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098/ Part ll 1985, 11000 volts (E), grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including insertion of cable carefully into existing runway duct/HDD boring pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole/stay or laying of cable in trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above starting point in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable & punned down to 18cm and accordingly punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm X 40mm with marking top of the cover "ELECTRIC", complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for power cable route marker of pre-cast RCC having size 1000mm x 300mm x 50mm with top curved portion, reinforced with 8mm dia round bar, embossing of letter (MES-LT Cable) both faces during casting of RCC pre-cast, applying two coats of external emulsion paint with primer of approved colour and painting of ambushed surface with black colour including fixing of route marker with proper PCC (1:3:6) as in foundation, including necessary earthwork, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT bus bar factory made CPRI approved made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet on angle iron framing 50 x 50 x 6mm MS with canopy on top spread over 15cm from top, HT resign cust moulded bushing fitted on 12mm glass fiber inside top plate suitable for 11KV with 3 Nos aluminium bus bar 400 Amp current capacity separated with fire retardant secretor mounted on HT insulator 06, duly powder coated painted externally and internally and danger marking of 11000 volts of size 1.50 x1.50 x 1.0 metre including all cable jointing nuts, bolts made of brass/HS steel of suitable size and including excavation and earthwork and PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 for grouting of box to be fixed 02 feet height from ground lavel , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing of equipment complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm.x 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to existing earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point and necessary excavation and earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable size of 6mm thick Cl cover plate with angle iron frame made out of 50x50x5mm thick angle iron and opening arrangement) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect, including copper earth strip 20 x 3.15mm, 40mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Copper earth strip from earthing to HT bus bar alongwith protection pipe shall be included in the quoted rates.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.
