Supply of additional filter media/ gravels of different size for additional requirement in pressure filter upto required level etc. as complete as required.

Putting the existing and additional filter media in 2 Nos.horizontal MS pressure filter after washing, cleaning, etc. as complete and closing the main holes ,with Nut bolts and rubber packing etc, as complete as required.

Servicing & overhauling of following Capacity KVA D.G. Set i/c replacement of Mobile Oil, Air filter, Diesel filter, Coolant , fuel pump repair,Nozzle repair & calibration ,fuel pipe,self repair,battery terminals & repair/replacement of readitor & silencer etc. complete as required.

62.5KVA DG SET

Repairing,servicing and rewinding of 3/5HP suction sweeper pump set including replacement of bearing, rubber tyre coupling ,suction brush,nut-bolt ,spring etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of 50 mm dia superior quality PVC hose pipe and 2 Nos clamps for suction sweeper machine etc. as complete required.

Chemically Cleaning of water body of Swimming Pool of following size i/c Toddler pool, Scum Channel and desilting of balancing tank / sump well with the help of bucket, rope, acid and brushes including labor etc. as complete as required.

25 Mtrs x 50 Mtrs

Water filling and filtration of water with the help of existing filtration plant of following capacity for treating the water of swimming of following sizes and doses of chemicals required to achieve the results as per IS:3328-1993 and their relevant codes. The above chemicals will also include the chemicals such as chlorine gas as and when required to make the quality of water as per above slated standard and operation of D.G set etc as required.

80000 Gallons per hour (Four filters) for treating the water of swimming of size 25mtr x 50mtr

Painting of all plant equipments/accessories of various Sports Complex such as suction sweeper machine, motors, pumps, pressure filters,MS pipe lines,sluice valves,stainers, air blowers, panels, rolling shutter, and cable tray with the approved shade of synthetic enamel paint with two or more coats after rubbing and cleaning the surface with emery paper etc. complete as required.

Plant equipments /accessories of Pool of size 25mtr x 50mtr

Repairing,servicing,overhauling and rewinding of following sizes motor/ Pump including replacement of bearing,connection plate i/c connection testing etc. as required.

7.5/12HP Circulating Boosting Pump

Supplying and replacement of 12 V, 150 Ah battery for existing DG set with connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as required.

Running Maintenance and Operation of filtration plant with DG set and other accessories of following size of swimming pool as per details of installation/inventory by deploying staff :3 Nos. Operator (1 No. in each shift total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM and 10 PM to 6AM) and 2 No. Khallasi (one in each shift total of two shift i.e. 6AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM ) i/c dosing of chemical such as Chlorine gas/TCA 90,Sada ash, Alum crystal,Castic soda and Copper sulphate, The agency shall have to maintain the quality of water in swimming pool of following size for treating the water as per IS-3328-1993 & their relevant codes for main pool & toddler pool complete as required as per additional condition enclosed.
