Engaging 1 No of Watchman as contract basis for regular day and night watch and ward. To safeguard the installations such as pumpsets, generators, fire service equipments, common lights, fire equipments, verify the private vehicles entry into the scheme. Relaying information in high-pressure scenarios and communicating with authorities. Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors, and assisting with inquiries, concerns, and requests. Managing the property, keeping a record of visitors, and maintaining order at large gatherings. Watchman patrol the premises and parking lots on foot to prevent crime and identify suspicious activity. Security guards manage entry and exit to the property to prevent unauthorized access. Security guards are trained to respond to emergencies quickly and effectively etc all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027

Engaging 1 No. of multi purpose labour as contract basis for attending day to day maintenance faults in water supply pipe line in and out side the blocks, pumping the water supply from borewell to sump to OHT removal and refixing of pumpsets for daily periodical maintenance with required tools and plants for daily periodical maintenance and attending all electrical installations in the building and replacing the bulb and other worn out eiectrical fittings and also to operate the generator set , ,etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027

Engaging 1 No. of Computer operator grade II as contract basis for typing both in english and tamil, operating computer with basic computer knowledge etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027

Engaging 1 No. of Sweeper as contract basis for cleaning inside and outside of the building, open space, common area, staircase including clean the surrounding area, Sweeping and removing the debris found in terrace, Sunshade and Staircase, Removing the vegetation found on and around and Sweeping the entrance, inside and around the section office building and cleaning the Bath & WC in the section office building etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027

Engaging 1 No. of Scavenger as contract basis for Removing the blockages arising in inner and outer side of Sewer lines and Inspection chambers , Cleaning and removing garbage waste from inside the sullage and storm water drains around the flats and ensuring the flow of sullage and storm water to main drain ,etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for the period From 01.08.2026 to 31.03.2027
