Work

Clearing Jungle including Uprooting of rank, Vegetation, Grass,brush Wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr. Outside the periphery of the Area Cleared. As per DSR Code No. 2.31

Construction of Embankment with approved soil with all lifts and leads 1000 mts, laying in layers, breaking clods, dressing to required lines, curves, grade and sections, watering and compaction to meet at least 100 % procter density complete to specification requirements . As per Sr.No. 3.4 MORD 301.5

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, dides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and for all lift. As per DSR Code No . 2.25

Providing and Laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 fine sand derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per DSR code No. 4.1.11

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). As per DSR Code No-5.1.2

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). As per DSR Code No- 6.1.2

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lentels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, As per DSR Code No- 5.9.5

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources). Above Plinth Level. As per DSR Code No-5.3

Centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access plateform. As per DSR Code No- 5.9.3
