TENDER FOR PAVER LAYING INSIDE TL PARKING AREA AND MAIN ENTRY DRIVEWAY NEAR GATE NO.1/2 AND SECONDARY ROADS AT KARARI DEPOT AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SCOPE OF WORK 1. PAVER BLOCK 80 MM Supplying and laying cement concrete paver blocks of 80 mm thickness using minimum M 40 grade laid on 50mm avg thickness of coarse sand bedding including filling voids with fine sand and compaction using surface vibrator as per the enclosed terms and conditions and specifications for various locations. Rubber moulded Pavers to be laid as per advise from officer incharge with respect to color like Grey/Red/Blue/Yellow etc ; pre-cast garden interlocking pavers etc. with any shape / design as per approved pattern at bpcl karari depot as per scope of work and terms and conditions attached with tender. 2. GROUND SURF DRESSING Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equality not exceeding 150mm deep and disposal of rubbish; lead upto100m, including ramming and levelling the surface as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 3. OLD PAVER BLOCK LAY Removing and relaying old Paver block of all thickness & sizes incl. Laying 50 mm bed of coarse sand, filling sand in joints & compacting with vibrator etc. complete TERMS AND CONDITIONS a) You are advised to visit the site to understand the quantum & nature of work. b) All the material/tools required to do the job shall be supplied by the contractor. c) The quoted rates shall be deemed to have been arrived after firsthand self-assessment of the work by the contractor by visiting the site prior to submission of their offer. d) It would be assumed that you have clearly understood the scope of the work and if not, consult the concerned officer for a clear understanding before quoting the rates. e) Proper Cleaning of site after work completion will be in scope of vendor. f) All jobs to be completed as directed by BPCL officials at BPCL KARARI DEPOT as per scope of work and terms and conditions attached with tender. g) &
