Earthwork in excavation in foundation, trenches etc, in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. (HSR 6.6)

Cleaning Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 metre above ground level and removed of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (HSR 6.26)

Cement concrete 1:6:12 with stone aggregate 40mm Nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.32)

Cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (HSR 10.41)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns, (square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centering and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. 2.44 metres high fencing, with 2.90 metres posts, placed at every 3.05 metres apart embedded in cement concrete blocks, and every fifth post, to be strutted, provided with 13 horizontal lines with 2 diagonal of G.I barbed wire, weighing 9.34 kg. per 100 staples, tied to 6 mm bar nib, with binding wire or by providing cut, including drilling holes, in the post complete (excluding the cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete which is payable extra) (NS) (Rate drived as per HSR 24.36)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade of more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of the RCC including strengthening, bending, binding, wastage, and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in the position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc. (Note - Reinforcement shall be measured in length i/c hooks, if any, separately for the different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates of reinforcement) (HSR 18.22)
