Work

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials tobe used or auctioned, upto alead of 1000m including removal & disposal of top origanic soil not exceeded 150mm in thickness.as per pwd SI No -259

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Pwd sor SI No-253

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement etc. as per Pwd Sor SI NO-253

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63-45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. G-II

Brick edging on both side of the road with first class bricks 8cm wide & 12cm deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template & in proper allgnment & also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth including labour T& P sudries required for proper completion of work with material. as per SI No-765

Providing laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm gauge to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thichness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade & camber applying and brooming stone screening binding material to fill up the intertices of the coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per technical specification class 405. WBM GR-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg./sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion RS -1 Using bitumem distributars at the rate of 0.25 to .30Kg per Sqm of the prepared bituminous furface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503.
