Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors.

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor :With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Class 150 brick work in 1:4 Cement and coarse sand in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storeys) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honeycombed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cms. (1:4 cement : coarse sand).

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete(AAC) blocks masonry with 150 mm to 300 mm thick with Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/cum conforming to IS:2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).
