Outsourcing services for manning and operation of complete Central AC Plant of capacity 3x5 TR installed at Signal Center in three continious shifts (round o'clock = 24 Hrs) by deploying one Refg Mechanic ( Skilled Person ) as operator in each shift of 08 hrs including all Sunday & gazzetted Holidays including maintaining the tasks as mentioned in notes and specified hereafter, required to provide the smooth functioning and efficient performance of AC plant to meet the operational requirement and to achieve desired temperature complete all as specified and as directed . The AC plant comprising of following main equipments:- (a) 3X 5 Ton Compressor unit , ducting , AHUs and other connected items (b) Condenser and Evoprator unit (c) Cooling Tower, water pumps and pipes and accessories (d) DG set of 40 KVA capacity (e) Elecctric Starter and Control panel (f) DG set of 100 KVA capacity (g) All other accessories ,pipes, valves, motors, light/fan wirings etc associated with smooth functioning of AC plant The schedule of shifts and operator required is as under:- (i) 1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one Refg Mech (ii) 2nd shift from 1401 hrs to 2200 hrs - one Refg Mech (iii) 3rd shift from 2201 hrs to 0600 hrs - one Refg Mech Note: The tradesman employed under item should be ITI passed in relevent trade (Refg and Air Cond.) or having three years of work experience and good knowledge of operation, maint & repair of Central AC plant and will have to submit valid certificate to Deptt.

01 Refg Mech (Per shift) wages as per Minimum wages as per as latest notification issued by Government of India/ State Government/ Local body whichever is higher as on bid submission end date.

ESI (Insurance cover) @ 3.25% on minimum wage. If monthly (30 Shifts) minimum wages are exceeding Rupees twenty one thousand (Rs 21,000/-), ESI shall be exempted on minimum wages at Ser No 2.02.

EPF (Employee provident found) @ 13.00% on minimum wage. If monthly (30 Shifts) minimum wage are exceeding Rupees fifteen thousand (Rs 15,000/-). EPF shall be calculated for amount Rupees fifteen thousand (Rs 15,000/-) only on minimum wages at Ser No 2.02.

Contribution of bonus @ 8.33% on minimum wage at Ser No 2.02.

Over head & Contractor's profit.

Labour cess @ 1% on totoal amount of Ser No 2.02 to 2.06.

GST @ 18% on total amount of Ser No 2.02 to 2.07.

Outsourcing services for manning and operation of central AC chiller Plant of capacity 2X 52.5 TR installed at Cav Auditorium in two continious shifts ( Total =16 Hrs) by deploying one Refg Mechanic ( Skilled Person ) as operator in each shift of 08 hrs including all Sunday & gazzetted Holidays including maintaining the tasks as mentioned in notes and specified hereafter, required to provide the smooth functioning and efficient performance of AC plant to meet the operational requirement and to achieve desired temperature complete all as specified and as directed . The AC plant comprising of followings:-(a) 2X 52.5 Ton Compressor unit, ducting , AHUs and other connected items (b) Condenser and Evoprator unit ( c) Cooling Tower, water pumps and pipes and accessories (e) Elecctric Starter and Control panel (d) DG set of 160 KVA capacity and elect panels (f) All other accessories ,pipes, motors, light/fan wirings etc associated with smooth functioning of AC plant The schedule of shifts and operator required is as under: - (i) 1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one Refg Mech (ii) 2nd shift from 1401 hrs to 2200 hrs - one Refg Mech Note: The tradesman employed under item should be ITI passed in relevent trade (Refg and Air Cond.) or having three years of work experience and good knowledge of operation, maint & repair of Central AC plant and will have to submit valid certificate to Deptt.

Outsourcing of services for maintenance works for internal electric supply complaint cell in two continious shifts by deploying Two Electricians ( Skilled Person ) in Ist shift and One Electrician ( Skilled Person ) in 2nd shift including all Sunday & gazzetted Holidays with required T&P and safety equipments for working in LT electrical system at Cantt area to report at complaint cell for duty complete all as specified and as directed:- The schedule of shifts and operator required is as under: - (i) 1st shift from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs-Two Electricians (ii) 2nd shift from 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs - One Electrician Note : i) The tradesman employed under Sr item No. 3 above should be ITI passed in relevent trade or having three years of work experience and must have electrician license from state Govt. and will have to submit to the department . (ii) Electrician in each shift will report daily on time as above without fail in complaint cell and attend complaints. If the electrician fails to report on time or become absent on duty , the absence period will be penalised and a penal recovery of Rs. 1000/- per shift per person will be deducted from contractor's dues /payments . The intimation of absence period /report will be intimated to contractor on telephone/mobile /SMS/E mail followed in writing. In case of any disputes , the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding. ii) Electrician will do rectification of the complaints daily as directed after receipt of complaint slips and deposit the complaint slip after completion of work to JE . T&P and safety gears/ equipments , dress , shoes ,for electrician shall be provided by the Contractor. If the electrician found without proper dress and other items as mentioned , a penality of Rs 500/- per person per day will be charged from contractor's dues /payments. iii) All consumable stores if required to attend the complaints shall be issued by the department free for fixing . However fixing/labour cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. iv) Electrician may be asked to carry out duty in any areas/units of Cantt all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and it shall be deemed that contractor has quoted rates keeping this aspect in view and nothing extra shall be admissible later on this account of misinterpretation.

Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) installation at MAP Ph-II (Sudhakar Madhav Enclave) in three shifts(24 hrs) by deployment of one FGM/STP operator (Skilled person) in each shift of 08 hrs as required including all Sunday & gazzetted Holidays including maintaining the tasks as mentioned in notes and specified hereafter, required to provide the smooth functioning and efficient performance of STP to meet the operational requirement and to achieve desired treated water quality/properties complete all as specified and directed . The Sewage treatment plant (STP) comprising of followings main equipments:-(a) Air blower with motor - 02 Nos. (b) Non clogging feeding pump, 15 HP - 02 Nos. (c) Non clogging feeding pump, 02 HP- 02 Nos. (d) Filter motor/pump1.5 HP - 02 Nos. (f) Centrifugel pump 10 HP - 02 Nos.(e) Dosing pump - 02 Nos.(g) Control panel incomng and outgoing supply,serviceable starter,contact relay etc (h) UG Sewage collection chamber (j) DG set 10 KVA (k) All other accessories ,pipes, motors, light/fan wirings etc associated with smooth functioning of sewage treatment plant plant The schedule of shifts and operator required is as under:- (i) 1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one FGM/STP operator (ii) 2nd shift from 1401 hrs to 2200 hrs - one FGM/STP operator (iii) 3rd shift from 2201 hrs to 0600 hrs - one FGM/STP operator Note :- (ii) The tradesman employed under item should be ITI passed in relevent trade or having three years of work experience having good knowledge of operation, maint & repair of Sewage treatment plant and pumping installation and will have to submit certificate to Deptt. (ii) The installation/machinery incl buildings shall be handed over to contractor in working conditions at the time of commencement of work and the contractor shall replace / repair the defective spare/ equipment become unserviceable due to improper operation at his own arrangement. On completion of contract, the contractor will hand over all E/M plants/machinery and bldg assets under manning contract to the Deptt. any loss/damage /deficiency shall be made good or regularised by the contractor.

Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation of Sewage pumping installations at "W' Wing and 'BO's Line area for one shifts (8Hrs) by deployment of one FGM/Sewage pump operator ( Skilled Person) in one shift of 08 hrs including all Sunday & gazzetted Holidays including maintaining the tasks as mentioned in notes and specified hereafter, required to provide the smooth functioning and efficient performance of STP to meet the operational requirement and to achieve desired treated water quality/properties complete all as specified and directed . The Sewage treatment plant (STP) comprising of followings main equipments:-(i) Non clogging type C/F pump sets, 20 - 30 HP capacity with LT electrical control panel and starters - 02 Nos. (ii) UG sewage collection chamber - 01 No (iii) Sluice valves - 02 Nos (iv) Suction pipes with foot valves and delivery connections. and including cleaing, grass cutting of installation (v) Non clogging type C/F pump sets, 10 - 15 HP capacity with LT electrical control panel and starters - 02 Nos (vi) UG sewage collection chamber - 01 No. (vii) Sluice valves of 150 mm dia - 01 No (j) All other accessories ,pipes, motors, light/fan wirings etc associated with smooth functioning of sewage pumping installation. The schedule of shifts and operator required is as under:- (i) 1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - one FGM (Pump house operator ) Note : The tradesman employed under item should be ITI passed in relevent trade or having three years of work experience having good knowledge of operation, maint & repair of Sewage treatment plant and pumping installation and will have to submit certificate to Deptt. (o) The installation/machinery incl buildings shall be handed over to contractor in working conditions at the time of commencement of work and the contractor shall replace / repair the defective spare/ equipment become unserviceable due to improper operation at his own arrangement. Notes :Quoted rates deemed to be included the cost for the followings :- (a) Contractor will be responsible for the necessary passes for manning staff from concerned station authority . He will submit Address proof, qualification certificate, Experience certificate, Adhar Card and police varification of staff employed by him well before startng the work . Remarks made by Engr-in-charge on log sheet in this regard will be final . No excuse for non avaailability of passes will be entertained for absentee.(b) Stationary items i.e. complaint slips, complaint register, Log sheet of installatons , handing taking over registe, attendance r etc will be provided by the contractor & no extra payment will be made by the department. (c) The detail record should be maintained for various location of AC and sewage installation on standard format as directed . Daily log sheet will be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost.(d) Proper handing taking over will be done during shift change between manning staff.(e) In case any person becomes absent/ not found on duty or late coming / absent due to non issue of pass etc, the penal recovery will be made @ Rs 1000/- per shift of 8 hrs from contractor's dues . (f) If required, contractor will employ more manpower for rest/holiday of staff employed to carryout the duties assigned above without any extra financial effect on this account. (g) Contractor has to arrange and provide additional manpower for cleanig of installations from ouside /inside area without any extra financial effect on this account.(h) All the manning staff shall wear uniform and shoe (Colour of the uniform shall be decided by the Engr in Charge) which shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. If the contractor staff found without proper dress , shoes and other items as mentioned here in before , a penality of Rs 500/- per person per day will be charged from contractor's dues /payments. (j) The contactor shall responsible to keep installation neat and clean in presentable condition . Contractor will ensure cleaning of the inside and outside surrounding area of installation area and rtemoval of unwanted grass/ bushes at a distance 5 mtr from installation without any extra cost.(k) All tools, T & P, testing equipments, safety equipments such as gloves, safety belt, gum boot, bamboo ladders, torch for night hours etc shall be provided by the contractor. The cost for this provision is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
