Demolition RCC/RB work above GL upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within any all kind of soil including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Steel (Tata/Sail)work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar worksincluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing ,applying & finishing with apex paint( two or more coats) at all locvations prepared and applied as per manufactures specification including appripriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete and direction of E-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and fixing of High intensity Engineering grade prismatic sheeting of (3 M) make on the road side of crash barrier/ R/wall etc. size 300mm wide of red/yellow /white colour complete in all respect as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
