Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using post constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS - 6313 - 2001 ( Part 3 ) & using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications by drilling holes in the floor slab & along skirting 300 mm apart & 12 mm dia, drilling holes along all possible entry points such as junctions of floor and walls, door frames, sewage lines, entry points , etc. & injecting them with the chemical solution..

Screed 40mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping.

Providing and laying Laminate wooden flooring (Grade AC3 or AC3+ laminates) 6 mm to 12 mm thick, having core made up of medium-density fiberboard (MDF),which is less resistant to impact damage and less resistant to being dented by heavy furniture, having a décor layer to give each floor its appearance and consisting of one or more sheets of paper impregnated with melamine resin and top ear layer having clear aluminum oxide finish hat protects the decorative layer & imparts the desired level of sheen, from full gloss to low gloss, duly fixed to the base floor using adhesive as approved by the manufacturer.
