M&L for servicing/overhauling , Calibration and decorbonising of 11 KV PIX panel with breaker + Relay ) and setting of Relay parameters VCB of capacity 800 Amps, indoor/out door type , taking shut down from 33 KV MRS and disconnecting incoming & out going cables , control cables from VCB and replacement of un-serviceable spares, greasing of revolving assembly and movable parts in VCB chamber, spring charging mechanism including decorbonising the VCB panel and serviceability check from remote operation, checking of all DC supply system, electrical circuit to make it functional all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. Make of VCB`s of which Serviceing and repairing has to be carry out is Schineder, Crompton, Alstom and Kirloskar Note :- (ii) : Spare parts/components required for replacement of above VCB`s shall be measured and paid separately. M&L in repair for Filteration and dehydration of HV grade transformer oil of distribution and Power transformer of out door type of 11/.433 KV, 100 KVA to 750 KVA and Power transformer of 33/11 KV 1000 KVA to 4000 KVA rating min three cycle to achive die elctric strength of 40 KV to 60KV for 1 Minute at 4 mm gap as per relevent IS with portable filteration plant, testing the oil for die elctric strength, break down voltage before filteration and after filteration complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note : Filteration to be done by Dehydration machine till the desired level of dielectric strength of tranformer oil comes to 60 KV . (ii) The contractor will test the dielectric strength of oil of each Tranformer & voltage stabilizer before starting dehydration & filteration and after completion of dehydration & filteration process and he will submit a record of same. (iii) Each sample of oil will be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE's/Engr-in-charge and test result will be submitted accordingly). (iv) Centrifugal machine with all T&P and Testing Machine , oil required shall be arranged by contractor. (v) Oil required for topping up the transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately in relvent item.

M & L for rectifying of transformer oil leakage problem from LT termernial, taking shut down, tracing out the cause of leakage , removing cable, draining out oil, removing of transformer top cover, replacement of seal, recitifying oil leakge, changing all gaskets, tightening of transformer core, tightening / replaceing of bushing/stud, refilling the oil, replacement of top cover gasket, reconnecting cables etc and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and up to the entire satisfication of Engr in charge.

(iii) Tough it is routine test but In case of any breakdown of transformer the above test to carry out to check the cause of fault and functionality of transformer , testing to be done within 24 hrs from the time of intimation received by the Department.

M&L for Maint and cleaning of surrounding area of MRS 33 KV by cutting seasonal grass, bushes etc,including spreading of strong herbicides in order to stop the fast growth of grass/bushes around the feeder pillars and panels by employing skilled mazdoor including using own T&P as required to do the job and taking all precaution while men on working in sub station being dange zone all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : As vegitation growth is very high in the Stn due to humid climate, area cleaning of installations can be repeated and to be done twice/thrice as per the requirement and directed by Eng in Charge.

M&L for taking down Glow sign board of MRS Substation fixed on MRS main entrance gate on GI pipe structure at a height of 10 mtr height of size 10.0 mtr x 0.600 mtr and replaced the damgaded/ detoriated aclrylic sheet with new aclrylic sheet of min 4 mm thickness of white colour with letter writing with blue colour as per exisiting including all T&P required for lowering and reinstallation of board including paint with one coat of paint after scraching out old paint and cleaning surface complete all as specified and directed by Ein Charge.
