Jointing charges of 11 KV “XLPE” C/J kit 3 x 300 indoor/Outdoor type
Laying 11 KV, 3 x300 mm2 XLPE, Power cable from transformer to incoming switch gear in the cable trench. 0.45m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 thickness mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable (minimum 18 Nos. per mtr. length are to be laid top and outer side along the cable.
Dismentling of old ACSR Dog conductor & rolling in pieces of 33 KV Bus bar in switchyard as per required specification
Stringing, Sagging & Binding of ACSR Panther conductor of 33 KV Bus bar in switchyard as per required specification of RESSPO Norms.
Dismentling of existing Jumpering and re-jumpering from Bus bar to post insulater by PG Clamp as per required specification of RESSPO Norms.
Grouting of M.S. channel 3.2 mtr long (1 Nos.) for cable stand and welding of M.S. flat (3 Nos.) at equal distance for fastening cable by clamp with nuts and bolts mounting of cable at cable stand and connection of jumpers.
Disconnecting of existing 2 no body and 1 no Neutral earthing safely of existing 5 MVA power transformer earthing for installation of new 10 MVA T/F and re-earthing of new 10 MVA T/F by old earth strip including providing required length of GI Earth strip .The earthing of 10 MVA T/F Included all work completed as per required specification of RESSPO norms.
Dismentling of old Damaged LA & erection of new LA in switchyard as per required specification of RESSPO Norms.
