Providing and fixing of aluminum work for windows, ventilators with extruded built up standard tubular sections 12gauge of approved make (JINDAL) confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e, at top and bottom and sides. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, free straight mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleats, angles, Aluminum snap bidding for glazing / paneling, stainless steel screws all complete as directed, including cost and carriage of materials. (Glazing / Paneling to be paid for separately).
All as above Item No.1, but for window shutters using "Z" sections of tubular section (standard one) complete job. Glazed and wire guaze shutters excluding cost of wire guaze and glazing work / hardware fittings (12 gauge).
Filling the gap in between aluminum frames and adjacent Brick work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as directed by Engineer Incharge (maximum 5 to 7 mm in width and depth).
Providing & fixing glazed hermetically sealed glazing in aluminum windows / ventilators, window shutters with 5mm thick Saint Gobain First quality glass complete job including providing EPDH gasket, perforated aluminum spacers (both primary and secondary sealant) etc as directed completed.
Providing & fixing stainless steel SS (304 grade) adjustable friction window stays of approved quality with necessary SS screws to the side hung windows as directions of Engineer Incharge complete. (205 x 19mm)
Providing & fixing aluminum round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc complete as per directions of Engineer Incharge. (Anodized AC 15 aluminum).
Providing & fixing aluminum tower bolts 12mm with SS screws etc complete as per directions of Engineer Incharge. (100mm size).
Providing & fixing of 85G - 0.51mm) wiregauze sealed in aluminum window shutters complete job including screwing with SS screws and washers etc as per directed complete job.
