Dismantiling B.M.in cement mortar under 3 mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries away from work site within 50mtr lead. .

Earth work iexcavatation in foundation in all kinds of soil withing 50 mtr. Initial lead and 1.50 mtr. Initial lift including rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtr in depth and as per direction of the EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants etc.all complete required for the work to finished items.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm size crusher broken hard granite metal including all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, T&P water for curing etc. all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items.

Cement concrete work of M20 grade with 20 mm and down grade crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, cess, Tools and Plants water for curing etc. all complete, as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Requirement of HYSD/ MS rod & labour for cutting, bending, binding, straighting and laying the grills and placing in position including cost of rod & binding weir 18 to 20 gauge, cess.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for CC/ RCC works in foundation, plinth band and footings bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slabs etc including false work and dismentalling then after casting including cost of materials, cess complete in ground floor.

Carriage of earth including all cost etc. complete
