Labour charges for providing bored cast in situ piles of 500 mm dia to the required depth from the existing ground level including boring through ordinary soil other than soft rocks hard stratum and providing arrangements for concreting by termite method as per IS 2911 excluding the cost of concrete, steel & fabrication of reinforcement in position but including the cost of mobilization charges betonies solution, clearing the removed mud away from the vicinity of site and hire charges of all other tools & plants and rig required for the work etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Test of single pile under routine load test, test load should be 1100 KN as per the testing inclusive all charges for extention or cutting of pile that may be necessary errecting loading platform in the manner acceptable and approved by departmental officer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading test load and hire charges and all other incidental charges for conducting test including retaining the test load for 24hours at 100% capacity test certificate and caliberation charges for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer incharge before commencing day of test, caliberation of pressure gauge has to be done before taking up the Ist load test in every site of work for piles of 450mm with test load, 1100KN etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation with all intial leads and lifts in all soils and sub soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water and depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects.

Refilling the Foundation Other than Sand to the required formation level using approved quality of earth (The filling earth should not contain more than 20 % of clay and silt). The liquid limit of earth shall be less than 40 % from any source outside the scheme area with a lead of 12 Km including cost of earth cutting the earth to required depth, loading, conveying by lorry, unloading at site of work including spreading in layers of 150mm thick watering and compaction by power roller filling to achieve the required proctor density of not less tha 98% including hire charges for all tools and plants, machinery fuel charges etc.,, complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers. (The payment shall be made for the consolidated quantity of one cubic meter based on levels.)

Filling in foundation with M. sand in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying M -sand

Refilling with quarry dust inside foundation and basement in layers not exceeding 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidation etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water ramming curing etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position READY MIX CONCRETE M 30 Grade using ordinary portland cement including the use of plastixer of approved make and dosage of required grade, laying in position at all locations and levels using 20mm size and downgraded ISS HBG aggregates in all types of works including hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required location, machine vibrating, pumping curing providing fixtures like fan clamps etc as specified ,charges for conveyance of RMC from plant to the site or all as required excluding cost of reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering, mix design details to get approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system by the departmental officers etc., complete as per IS 4926 - 1976/1990 . Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M. sand) using Fly ash bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows scaffolding, proper settting curing etc., complete for Foundation and Basement
