M&L Quarterly Maintenance and servicing of DG Sets comprising Prime mover and alternator with accessories, control panel and connected electric circuits with various type of sensors etc including checking lubricating oil, coolent, filters,V-belt, self starter, battery power, gauges and other connected accessories and identifying malfunction of the DG Set (if any) of following capacities complete all as specified and directed. (a) DG Set of capacity 125 KVA

(b) DG Set of capacity 40 KVA

(c) DG Set of capacity 30 KVA

(d) DG Set of capacity 20 KVA

(e) DG Set of capacity 15 KVA

(f) DG Set of capacity 5 KVA Note for Item No 1 : (a) Item comprises site visit charges for authorised technician of OEM of DG Set (or) qualified/experienced technician of DG Sets for checking, identifying the functionality of DG Set and will carry out required preventive maintenance work and ensure smooth functioning of DG sets and connected works. (b) One Quarterly maintenance will be paid as "Each Job". (c) Major spares of DG Set will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the CA catered as supply only. (d) Technician will visit each DG Set quarterly for routine checkup/servicing on date fixed (or) as and when required (in case of break down of DG Set). (e) Minor spares like nuts/bolts, washers, oil seal, gaskets, cotton waste, clamps shall deemed to be included in the job.

Dismantling radiator assembly from the engine of 125 KVA capacity DG sets by disconnecting inlet and outlet connection overhauling / servicing the radiator, descaling and servicing the radiator internally and externally by using chemicals, including soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage, assembling back including necessary welding and with additional bracket as required. refixing, reconnecting and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing (in replacement) spin on diesel fuel filter (pre and fine filter) element with O ring of make : Mico/Kirloskar/Ruston for generator set of following capacity :- (a) 5/15 KVA

Supply and fixing (in replacement) Dry type Air filter element Inner and Outer unit as required at site with O' Ring of Make : Mico/Kirloskar/Ruston suitable for following capacity DG Set:- (a) 20 KVA

Supply and fixing(in replacement) Lub oil filer element with O'Ring of Make : Mico/Kirloskar/Ruston suitable for following capacity DG Set:- (a) 5/15 KVA

Supply and fixing of V-belt suitable for following capacity DG set including removing old unserviceable fan belt all as specified :- (a) 5/15 KVA

Supply and replacement Water outlet and inlet hose pipe from radiator to Engine and back from Engine to radiator complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and replacement Lub oil pipe PVC of suitable length and socket of size 15mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and top up coolent oil. Make : Volvo line / Servo / Castrol

Supply and top up engine oil 15W40 grade. Make : Volvo line / Servo / Castrol

Supply and replace battery connecting copper cable with terminal made of brass with nuts/bolts/washer (as per sample) all as specified and directed.

Supply and top up Battery Distilled water.

Disconnecting, dismantling 12 V battery charging alternator assembly replacing the unserviceable burnt coil assembly, re-assembling, refixing to engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix (in repair) battery 12V, 120 AH, initial charging, filled with required electrolite/distilled water and fixing/connecting with electric connector cable all as specified and directed. Make : Exide Model : Gen Plus or equivalent

All as per item No 35 here-in-before but capacity 150 AH

Supply and fixing (in repairs) AVR (Auto Voltage Regulator) suitable for Gen Set having input voltage 2 phase + neutral sensing voltage 415 output voltage 95V DC, outpur current 4 A DC voltage regulation +/- 1% average volts, over excitation current tripping fuse protection 4A, fast acting and frequency 50Hz for the following capacities :- (a) 20 KVA to 30 KVA

All as per item No 37 above but for DG Set of capacity 125 KVA

Supply and fixing (in repair) Digital DG Controller suitable for any type DG Set of any capacity complete and connecting with existing electrical circuit all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar Green ModelKG934V1 or equivalent

Supply and fixing (in replacement) CT Coil with CT Ratio 100/5A, 5VA Cl 1.0 accuracy all as per IS 2705-1992 and as specified and directed. Make : NEWTEK or equivalent

Supply and fixing (in replacement ) Self Stater Assembly suitable for 20 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set and connecting with electric circuit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacement) PVC insulated Single core, 1.5 sqmm, copper conductor, stranded cable suitable for inter connection of electric network inside panel including provn of suitable size copper thimbles/lugs with nuts, bolts & washers (considered 02 thimbles/lugs per RM) all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacement) On load change over switch 100 Amps, 415V, AC 50 Hz, front operated handle, totally enclosed in sheet metal enclosure including fixing on wall with suitable accessories and connecting the cable end with suitable size lugs, nuts/bolts/washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Minor Repair/cleaning of fuel tank, removing sludge, arresting leak using metal paste/sealent or by welding/soldering, replacement of diesel receiver pipe from lock to tank with clamp set all as required at site complete for the following Gen Set :- (a) 5/15 KVA

M&L for minor repair to canopy and painting inside/outside area of DG Set 125 KVA comprising engine, alternator, genset panel board and fuel tank and canopy, as per standard approved colour code with one coat of synthetic enamel paint cleaning scrubbing of all surface including writing by paint the SM MES numbers etc all as specified and all directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling, removing the self starter, motor from the engine of following capacity DG sets, opening the self starter body and overhauling/servicing, replacement of carbon brushes with holders, contact plates, jumping leads and seals, re-varnishing the field coil, armature, re-assembling, testing for smooth functioning and re-fixing with the engine and connecting complete all as specified and directed for the following DG set:- (a) 20/30 KVA Genset

(b) 40 KVA Genset

(c) 125 KVA Genset

Supply and fixing in replacement LED phase indicator lamp assy RYB

S&F DG Set diesel tank lock (as per sample) with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DG Set canopy door hinges (as per sample) with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.
