Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles in store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete, type B1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in level course for receiving floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Heavy duty ceramic tiles of 10-16mm thick (rectangular), size of each tile be 600 X 600 / 600 x 1200 / 300 x 1200 /200 x 1200 mm, as in outdoor floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- 1) Tile should have 100% slip resistant and have sufficient durability 2)The min breaking strength of tiles should be 4000N. MAKE :- Somany Durastone / Johnson Endura / Kajaria Duratec

Description all as per item no 03 above but as in skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out complete in soft soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge exc 63mm but n.exc 100 mm of broken stone / boulders, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick , watered and rolled /rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, finishing surfaces of concrete even to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick sand filling under floors or foundations inluding watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed as in copings, including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc in soft / loose soil and getting outs.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry using type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall /concrete surface etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on faces of brick/ PCC block masonry wall using cement plaster 1:4 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall including priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed
