By Mix in Place Method : Construction of Granular Sub-base providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grade on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.(with an initial lead of 5Km) (ii) Grading I Material Place Mix.

WBM Grading 3 - Using Screening Type -B 11.2 mm : Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density as per technical specification Cl. No.405. (A) By manual means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the @ 0.25 - 0.3 Kg per sqm on prepared surface of granular surface treated with primer 7 cleaned with hydrolic broom as per technical specification. Cl. No.503.

Providing and laying Semi 508 dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 % of mix and filler , transporting to hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.(including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant). (Including cost of testing materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt.)

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement, concrete, wood work, including T&P and scaffolding where ever necessary, sorting the dismantled materials, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable material with all lead and lifts of 1000 meteres as per technical specification as per MoRTH's Cl. No.202.ii) By Mechanical means, A) Cement Concrete.
