Material and labour for Granite stone slab any type as approved by GE, 20mm thick machine cut, as in skirting/ dado bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, over 15mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1 :3 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Square Metre each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels glazed door made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 82 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of door above 1.50 Square Metre upto 5.00 Square Metre) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension. uPVC, extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlock and uPVC extruded line sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) crescent lock (if required), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Glazing bead (35mm x20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners as per manufacturer's specifications. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, prelaminated boards etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Suspended Ceiling System with Classic Litre Tegular Edge Tiles of 12mm thick and Armstrong Prelude 24mm face exposed grid. The tiles shall have pin hole visual with Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, 0.55 as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 36db, Light Reflectance ≥87%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of Class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with 16mm Tegular edge. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude 32 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile colour) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm. The grid system is to comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 18mm thick High Density High Moisture Resistant (HDHMR) Board, both side laminated of approved colour as in shutters, back board, vertical support and horizontal shelves of kitchen/bedroom cupboards fixed with screw to timber framed work etc., including dismantling of existing any type of board and complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All exposed edges/surfaces to be finished with same laminated sheet to match with the other surfaces and nothing will be paid extra.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (20 MM graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatingcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs blinds of approved make Roller type, Zebra pattern using Polyester/PVC/ Vinyl of approved colour/ shade and pattern including operating arrangement such as chord/thread, counterweight, connecting chain etc. and necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Sheet glass/ frosted glass 5.50 mm thickness ,ordinary quality and glazing with fixed to uPVC ventilators/windows /partitions with appropriate size beading as per manufacurer's specifications in square not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane extra over sheet glass, ordinary quality, if sheet glass is ground or obscured or frosted, on one side complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment walls, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 1 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Complete removal of existing treatment ceiling applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion including alkali resistant primer over 1.50 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old plastered / cement concrete surfaces over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface including finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed .

E/M Works Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc., removing materials out side MD land in case of Credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring for complete with PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694, 1.5sqmm (nominal area), drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) and accessories concealed on wall/ roof including suitable size of Modular type metal sunken terminal boxes flush to wall and modular cover plate and provision of PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- Note: (i) Cost of modular type sunken terminal boxes, cover plate with frame (modular plate) for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc will deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
