Dismantling roofing sheets of any type including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material with in 50 meters lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for polycarbonate sheet of perforated quality 10 mm thick superior quality including necessary jointing provision etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium work for sheet beadings, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular section/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including filling up the gaps at junctions ie, top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Eng in Charge. NOTE :-Panelling shall be paid seperately.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolt, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. Including distempering and stacking within 50 metres lead all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position as required in stringers, treads, landing etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved, tint, brand and maunfacture to give an even surface finish with two or more coats on new MS work over a coat of redoxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium composite panel, metalic series of approved shade, the panel shall be of 4mm thick with combination of aluminium skin materials of 0.50 mm thick aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material coated on external side with PVDF (Poly vinytedene floride) of KYNAR< PVDF coating containing 70 % KYNAR 500 resign for antifungal and anti bacterial properties and the central core shall be natural polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE) bonded to aluminum skin on both sides cladding panel to be fixed with extruded aluminum basic frame 50x25x1.5 mm with angle cleats, weather sealents, revits, GI brakets all as approved using suitable bolts on walls including aluminium frame work necessary acessories, scaffolding, etc., complete for finshed item of work and all as per manufacturer's instructions. all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Working height of bldg upto 20mtr.

Material and labour for stainless steel letters on ACP wall cladding height of letters n.exc 0.60m width n.exc 0.30m and grade of materials 304, width of letter not less than 20 mm all as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- Working height of bldg up to 20 mtr.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type and size complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded, FRLS grade copper conductor confirming to IS-649, 1100 volts grade with colour code and drawn through and including 25mm dia PVC non metallic rigid conduits and conduit accessories run on surface of wall / floors / ceiling etc and connecting terminal ends including 1x 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable green colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth complete all as directed and specified. NOTE :- Two runs of 1.5 sq.mm copper cable, one run of earth wire of 1.5 sq.mm copper cable and 25mm dia PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one RM.

All as per Sl Item No.10 here-in-above but of size 2 x 2.5 sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq. mm earth wire. NOTE :- Two runs of 2.5 sq.mm copper cable, one run earth wire of 2.5 sq.mm copper cable and 25mm dia PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one RM.

Material and Labour for ceiling rose surface backelite two to three terminals complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 150 Watt LED flood light made up of pressure diacast aluminium housing with toughtened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP- 66 protection system efficiancy>110/120 LPW, 10 KV SPD pre wired complete including taking down of old un serviceable fittings complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- All necessary fixing/connecting arrangements of nut, bolt, MS rod shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost Govt..

Material and labour for high bay light fitting 80 Watt High efficiency round type in PDC housing suitable for industrial application with luminary efficiancy of 110 lm/w reduce quantity /wattage with 10 KV SPD and ingress protection of IP 66 complete including taking down old unsv fittings complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) All necessary fixing/connecting arrangements like S hook, round hook, nuts, bolts, required if any shall be provided by the contractor without any extra payment from department. (ii) Charges for boom lift for fixing of highway lights is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for aviation obstruction light fitting with aluminium housing with polycarbonate encloser 302 nos LEDs fixed on the top of High rise bldg/tower/Over head reservior and testing commissioning with 40/50 mm GI pipe with acessories for fixing of light fittings, and taking out U/S aviation obstruction light fitting compele all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for LED light fitting 1X10 watt bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 'C' Curve MCB TPN 63/100 Amp 415 volts 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as directed. NOTE :-: MCB will be fixing on existing LT Panel including all electric connections complete all as directed.

Material and labour for MCB DP 32 Amps 240 volts 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as directed. NOTE :- MCB will be fixing on existing LT Panel including all electric connections complete all as directed

Material and labour for maintenance free chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate 90cm x 60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground with copper bonded electrode of dia 17.2 mm rod (earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.10 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip of 32 x 6 mm by means of rivetting and brazing and protected by GI pipe light grade of suitable size up to the test point i.e. up to 7.5 mtr, including providing alternate layers up to full volume of pit by low resistivity earth enhancement graphite and VNT GC compound & earthing backfill compound including electra pill carbon & betonies based compound with charcoal dust and common salt, magnesium sulphate & vegetable soil all around the plate 15 cm depth and width for getting the earth resistance and NE values less than 1 Ohm and RCC cover, connecting to the test point and testing on ground complete and including excavation and earth work in any type of strata and cleaning of site all as specified in MES SSR Part-I and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below GL with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr from GL, connected to GI earth lead of 4.0mm dia, by means of bolts & nuts,to GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in elecrical plate No-5 of SSR part -1 of 2009 specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation /earth work in any type of starta PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4 ) type B1 , Reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 KG /sqm cast iron frame ,funnel with wire mesh GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs with and including GI earth wire 4 mm dia with GI proction pipe of 15 mm medium grade 7.5 meter grade 7.5 meter long etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess including saddles with nuts and bolts and all accessories for connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nuts bolts & spring washer spaced at 50mm. (ii) Necessary Earth work required will be included in the quoted rate only.

Material and labour for 16 sq. mm ISI marked, FRLS PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm dia ISI marked, PVC conduit including all accessories required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm dia PVC bends including all accessories required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
