Construction of Prefabricated Structure for Special Security Force at Raj Bhawan Jammu Super Structure

Providing and fixing of PreFabricated Structure as follow:- A. Super Structure a) The Vertical columns of RHS size 122 mm x 61mx3.60 mm conforming to IS 5223: 1997 with MS base plate of size 250 mm x250 mm x8 mm and top plate of size 250 mm x250 mm x8 mm shall be errected @ 3.0 mm centre to centre all top and base plate shall be pre drilled with 4 Nos 18 mm dia hole for providing 16 mm dia, 450 mm long bolt each at top and bottom. b. The trussess shall be RH steel section with Principal rafter and bottom chord of section 96 mm x 48 mm x4 mm and all other strut member will be fabricated 66xmm x33 mmx2.90 mm with MS plate of Size 200x150x6 mm welded to both ends of rafter with 04 number 18 mm dia holes to join the Principal rafter plate and col. plate d. Pirlin will be fabricated out of RH steel Saction of size 96x48x4 mm with 6 mm cleats welded at both the ends. e. Sun Shade : Suitable sunsghade made of 0.63 mm thick common flage patten colour coated steel sheet fixed with angle iron from of ISA 40x40x5 mm shall be provided to all external door and window. The minimum projection for sun shade will be 450 mm for window and 600 mm for doors and 300 mm wider then the width of opening. f. The roof will be provided with 0.60 mm thick comou flage pattern colour coated steel profile sheet covering will be fixed with using hot dip 2 in se coated self drilling hexagonal washers head fasteners the sheet shall be laid with minimum end side lape of of 150 mm ridge shall be covered by 0.63 mm thick common flage pattern colour coated steel sheet g. Roof projection will have minimum projection 450 mm all around the purline will also be extended in the roof at the eves and at gavle roof extension outside the structure h. Main Wall pannel and paritition walls will be made up of 60 mm thick wall pannel which will be made of 0.50 mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheet on both side with 50 mm thick layer of rigid CFC free closed sell polyurethane from (with density 40 kg +2 Kg/Cum) insulatation. The wall pannels will be provided with tongue and groove joint will be with camlock systems for interlocking. the base and top channel of size 30x65x1.25 mm thick will be provided for fixing of wall and pannel. The height of wall of wall Pannel will be 3.00 mtr. i. The false ceiling will be aluminium powder coated tile 600x600 x7 mm laid over T channel 30mm x 25 mmx1.25 mm tied with the rafters. j. Door, window and ventilators frame as well as shuttrs shall be aluminium anodized of axtrusion powdrer coated colour coated aluminium section diffrent size as per drawing:- i Windows of size 1175mm x1175mm with three track aluminium saction with sliding shutter (Glazed as well as wire gauze shutter) Top and side member for aluminium three track frame of size 92 mm x31.75 mm x1.5 mm (wt: 1.060 Kg.per metre of Jindal or equivalent make as per IS 1948-1961. three track bottom rail of frame for siinding of shutter of size 92 mm x31.75 mm x1.5 mm (wt. 1.248 kg/ mtr) Top and Botton rail of sliding shutter of size 40x18x1.55mm wt. 0.547 kg/mtr side rail of sliding shutter with handle and self locking arragement saction of size 40x18x1.5mm (wt. 0.47 kg/mtr). Outer sliding shutter shall be provided with 5.5 mm thick transparent glass and inside sliding shutter shall be provided with 0.63 mm thick wire gauze with 1.4 mm apreature both ways fitted with U- clip etc. Shutter shall have roller on top and bottom for smooth functioning ii. Main doors two Nos. of size 1000 mm x2100mm shall be provided with each other shalter as per drawing using diffrent aluminium section with inside shutter having ACP panneling 4 mnm thick/ 5.5 mm thick galazing fitted with rubber packing and aluminium snap beading and outer shutter using 0.63 thick wire gauge 1.4 mm aperature fitted with U-beading shall be fitted. door and window shall be provide with Aluminium handle/L drops/Locks etc. what so ever necessary as per drawing.
