REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANTS AUDITORIUM AND NAVY UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Supply and charge refrigerant gas R-407 in AC plant, of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing & repair to pan type humidifier of 15KW SS 304 sheet welded by replacement of worn out parts & make fully functional in all aspects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing & repair of fire damper complete with smoke detector /thermistor and actuator as required for operation .fire damper shall be spring activated on melting fusiable link & replacement of worn out parts & make fully functional in all aspects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of PACKAGE TYPE 14 TR unit including cleaning of filters by cleaning with chemical solution as required at site , blower motor greasing fan belt tensioning , cleaning of indoor cooling coil of package unit & replacement of worn out nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening end covers of condenser unit including cleaning of condenser of AC plant by circulating descaling compound by using high pressure pump after discaling including and cleaning the condensor coil by chemical and cleaning with nylone brush according to scale condition for copper tubes and refixing end covers, replacement of gasket set, worn out nut bolt & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - descaling job is carried out twice in tendor and paid speratly for each time

Supply and replacing of compressor oil for compressor as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of AHU of AC plant including cleaning of filters by cleaning with chemical solution as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the electrical connection & taking down the burnt out motor of capacity 10 HP from AC Plant and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage including replacement of bearings & correcting minor defects, reassembling, incl any machinary works such as welding, grinding, tuning, polishing etc and transporting motor from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per iem No.8.00 here-in-before above but of capacity 7.5HP motor of pump set/compressor motor/ cooling tower/ blower motor, 3 Phase, 450 Volts
