M & L for carrying out "B" check through authorised dealer/ OEM once in six month or 250 Hrs of run which ever is earlier by replacement of diesel filter assembly, bypass filter assembly complete with engine oil filters, air filters including necessary "O" rings, gaskets, packings etc complete and draining out unserviceable engine oil from sump, filling of new oil and checking the proper functiong of the lubrication and coolling system all as directed and as specified for the D.G.set of capacity 500 KVA, of Make : Kirloskar.(PH-I) Note:(a) The cost of Engine oil will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Any item or spare required not catered in schedule but required to carry out "B" check is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for repair/overhauling of self starter 24 Volts including replacement of carbon, bushes, rewinding of armature and field etc. and varnishing complete all as directed.

Material & labour for taking down the fuel injection pump of 500 KVA of DG set for service & calibration and checking the serviceability of FIP after fixing in position incl replacement of necessary minor parts all as directed

M&L servicing/ repair of dynamo including replacement of carbon brush, brush holders, bushes/bearings, varnishing, scaling etc., as required for above DG Set

M&L servicing/repair of water pump including replacement of repair kit.

Dismantling the leaking radiator from 500KVA DG set and transporting to the workshop for repair by means of gas welding / brazing the copper tubes and reassembleing the same at the authuroised workshop and back to the site and refxing in the engine and testing complete and all as directed

Disconnecting incoming and outgoing cable/busbar connections (as required), taking out the draw out type air circuit breaker of any make, from the cradle for overhauling & servicing through OEM of 3/4 pole, 415 volts, AC, current rating 630A-1600 A by carrying out the following all as specified and as directed. (a) Cleaning of dust, spider web, foreign particles etc. (b). Cleaning of various parts with CRC-2-26. (c). Replacement of damaged parts. (d). Checking, setting and adjusting the spring charging mechanism closing and tripping mechanism operation auxiliary switch contacts. (e) Checking of breaker operation in isolating / test and service position. Note :- 1. The contractor has to replace minor spares like spring washers, locking pin, circlip, spring, nut-bolts etc. 2. The servicing / overhauling of breaker is to be carried out at site. 3. Major spares required to be replace during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant item as specified in the schedule.
