M&L for dismentaling and taking down complete 25/35/50 Ltr capacity geysers from site and brought to E/M store yard & Refixing the same after carrying out following works:- (i) Complete cleaning and de-scaling of inlet and outlet connections, inner tanks, fittings, fixtures & outlet pipelines etc with suitable chemical agent. (ii) Complete servicing and maintenance. (iii) Replacement of unserviceable spares as deemed necessary such as inner tank, outer cover, inner assembly, glasswool, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, etc., repair of minor leakages if any by carrying out minor welding/brazing. (iv) Complete testing and to ensure proper functioning & maintaining proper water temparature complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost for all spares & items such as heating element thermostat, inner assembly, inner tank,outer cover, etc shall be paid in respective items separately.

M&L for spray painting to geysers of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs with two coat of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat red oxide (primer) including scratching of old paint and making surface smooth by using filler etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of hot & cold water PVC pipe connection of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts 450 cm long all as specified.

S&F in replacement of heating element 2.0 KW of as per existing shape/size for 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity of geyser ISI marked.

S&F in replacement of thermo static switch of geyser.

S&F in replacement brass safety valve, ISI marked for geysers, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of indicating bulb of geyser.

S&F replacement of PVC insulated copper (flexible) conductor 2.5 Sqmm 3 core and connected to geyser.

M&L in repairs for grouting the one set of bolts/anchor/fastners of suitable size including nuts (one set include four bolts and four nuts) in wall including taking down & refixing the existing geysers at site any make & size and making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F only outer body/cover suitable for 25/35 Ltr cap geyser made out of mild steel pre-treated and stove enamelled sheet of 18 SWG complete with top and bottom cover, rubber gasket, stead screw for fixing the top and bottom cover to outer body easing including two coat of white synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F outer body/cover suitable for 50 Ltr cap geyser made out of mild steel pre-treated and stove enamelled sheet of 18 SWG complete with top and bottom cover, rubber gasket, stead screw for fixing the top and bottom cover to outer body easing including two coat of white synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F inner tank made of stainless steel for geysers of capacity 25/35 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F inner tank made of stainless steel for geysers of capacity 50 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Geyser inner assembly complete as per existing shape/size as per existing for geyser of capacity 25/35/50 Ltr having suitable numbers of slots & pipes provisions complete with rubber gasket & bolts for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass wool of minimum density 48 Kg/m3 of approved quality, and quantity as per requirement for geyser of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bottom inspection cover in two pieces made of minimum size 20 SWG GI sheet suitable for 25/50 Ltrs capacity geysers of any make, inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of white color paint complete on outer surface and inner surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F top cover made of minimum 20 SWG size GI sheet suitable for 25/50 Ltrs capacity geysers of any make, inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of white color spray paint complete on outer surface and inner surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending complaints, carry out inspection, identifying the fault of geyser/solar water heating system at various location and making geyser/solar water heating system serviceable after testing, complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (i) Cost of minor spares such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges and minor welding/brazing and loose connection deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Cost of major spare such as heating element, thermostat, hot water pipe, MCB, safety valve, indicating bulb will be measured and paid under respective items of schedule. (iii) If contractor fail to attend/rectify complaints within 16 Hrs of complaint time, recovery at Rs @ 200 per day will be done form workdone amount.

Supply, laying & testing of Tubes (in repair), 'medium grade' galvanised, 15mm bore with all fitting, unions, elbows etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for angle valve both end for iron pipe of size 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Bib taps 15mm size, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length.

Supply and fix Metal Plug and socket including one No. MCB 20A all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismentaling and taking down complete solar water heater system of 200/300 LPD capacity installed at single/double/triple storey bldgs and re-fixing the same after carrying out following works:- (i) Complete cleaning and de-scaling of inlet and out let connections, solar collectors, glasses, hot water tank, cold water tank, make up tank, fittings, fixtures & pipelines etc with suitable chemical agent. (ii) Complete servicing and maintenance. (iii) Replacement of unserviceable spares as deemed necessary such as hot water tank, flat plate collectors, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges etc., repair of minor leakages if any by carrying out minor welding/brazing. (iv) Complete testing and to ensure proper functioning & maintaining minimum water temparature i.e. 60°C complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Cost of minor spares such as chemical agents, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges etc and minor welding/brazing deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) The cost of hot water tank, flat plate collectors shall be paid in respective items separately.

M&L for hot water tank of capacity 200/300 Ltrs without heat exchanger (Non pressurized) type, cylindrical shape, inner tank made of SS 304L with inlet, outlet & overflow arrangement & valves, duly insulated with glass wool/rockwool not less than 100mm thick layer & outer metallic body and including suitable electrical backup (heating elements & thermostat), sacrificial anode, temperature guage & make-up tank etc. complete all as specified and directed. The electrical back-up system should be thermostatically controlled at 50°C for hard water and 55°C-60°C for soft water.

S&F in replacement toughned radiation glass having exellent solar transmittance (minimum 90%), of minimum 4 mm size thick and of standard size as per existing arrangement of solar collector complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of solar water heater temperature gauge/thermostat as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement heating element 2/3/5 KW 230V AC, 50 cycle, triangular/round type ISI marked complete with rubber gasket for hot water tank electrical back up system complete all as specified and directed.

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 6 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 4 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site. Note : Two runs of 6 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length.
