M&L for impregnating cream for injection into masonary or concrete wall 230mm thick against capilary rising humidity, rising bar with super strong (product No 201) of Chowgle Building Chemical Pvt Ltd or equivalent in pidilite/Dr Fixit/Phosrock as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Method of application:- 1. The work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the respectice manufacturer of product who shall submit guarantee for the executed work to the contractor as per their company guarantee, in turn the the contractor shall submit the guarantee to the Deppt. The period covered under guarantee shall be treated as "Defect Liability period" mentioned in general conditions of the contract (IAFW-2249). 2. Contractors quoted rate shall include all the requirements mentioned above, nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type, thickness and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fixed in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanized steel wire chain link fence fabric, tensile strength of wires shall be within 400 to 500 Mpa. Chain link fencing shall be fixed to fencing as indicated or directed, not less than 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel Gd.I, IS-432 ( Part-I) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent shape required, including cranking , bending, hooking etc and binding with MS wire 0.9mm dia(annealed) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for hand rail, half round or other steel section or core for for wooden hand rail, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. conforming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground(posts embedded in concrete,brick/masonry etc). any gauge thickness and pathern.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws and dismantling existing sheet any gauge thickness and pathern complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Kitchan slab and set in cement mortar 1 : 4 including necessary form work and including demolition of RCC including removal of rubbish MoD land complete all as specificed and directed.

M & L for taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of wall or ceiling etc, 15 mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar having ratio equivalent to CM 1:6, on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall and finished the surface even and smooth as whole or in patch and applying two coat s acrylic emulsion paints over a primer and including removal of debries/rubbish off the premises beyon MOD land complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Sika / Dr Fixit / Ascolite or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2(20mm graded aggregate) in retaining wall any thickness size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundry pillars and post including form work to concrete complete all as specified and directed
