M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor and finished surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with and including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), with and including necessary moulding full round complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each, with and including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.

The contractor is at liberty to choose high section from approved make with minor variation in sizes and weight as approved. However nothing extra shall be paid for over size and over weight section also.

M&L for AC designer composite ceiling board 4mm thick in 600mmx600mm panel confirming to IS-14682 type-B category-3 with and including powder coated GI frame work with size of grid 605mm x 605mm for seemless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter, holdfast & suspenders and all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC resin then is mixed with chemical like Calcium, Stearate, Hydrocarbon wax, Titanium Dioxide, Calcium Carbonate, Acrylic processing aids. Further addivities like impact modifiers, pigments, Epoxy plasisizer, lubricants, chemical blowing agent etc. are added. The purpose of adding the chemicals and addivities is to impart cellular and resistance to fading by light rays. These chemical are mixed in the desired proportion and shall be used in the formulation of PVC material and free from smooth extruction of PVC profiles complete and as per manufactures instructions and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/alluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring concealead type with suitable PVC conduit of 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insualted 1100 V grade FRLSH cable drawn into and including PVC conduit adequate width and length with accessoris and fittings like bend, elbows, crosses, wall crossing etc for one light /fan point controlled by one switch including sunken type pressed steel box suitable for modular switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with continuous single core cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insualted, unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Modular switch and socket base plate shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.
