Total Rates for Operator & Helper including EPF @12%, ELDI @1%, ESI @3.25%, Admin Charges @3.26% & GST @18% (Notified Rate of Labour from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027)

Operator (The current prevailing DC rate including EPF, ELDI, Admin Charges & GST) Operator 3 Nos. x 12 Months = 36 Nos.

Helper (The current prevailing DC rate including EPF, ELDI, Admin Charges & GST) (1 No. extra Helper for Rest Reliever) Helper 4 Nos. x 12 Months = 48 Nos.

1..Scope of work for Comprehensive Maintenance of Gas Plant. During the contract period, the agency will do the service of following equipments & other work for service outlet Points for Civil Hospital, Manimajra, Chandigarh. 2. Annual Maintenance & Service of outlet points (279 points) throw out the year's of contract including all consumables complete in all respect. 3.Comprehensive minor Maintenance of Gas Plant equipments installed in medical gas plant which include the repair of broken medical gas pipe line service of control panel, painting, shaddeling welding rerouting of medical gas pipeline if required, attending complaint regular check liquid , gas line making report of daily basis, regular check of pipe line system throw out the hospital (24X7) even holidays controlling the supply of oxygen, nitrous cylinder as per the demand of different ward of hospital service of control panel maintaining the record of gas plant checking. Making the report's of consumption of liquid daily basis and maintaining the same throw out the year cleaning of the plant and other machinery and daily basis. checking of all the O.T's in the hospital once in a week for the proper functioning of medical gas pipeline outlet point, isolation valve, area alarm, bed head panel or any other equipment install by the engineer department and making the report of the same. 4. Oxygen/N2O manifold:- 02 Nos The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of spares like Diaphragms of control panels, Inlet filters, control sensor once in one year. (Total = 2 Services x 3 Systems) 5.Electrical panel: 01 Nos The agency will service the system as per requirement/recommendation of manufacturer along with replacement of defective MCB,Starters,wiring,Fuse during the contract period (rewinding of electrical motors is not covered under the contract and will be paid extra on seprate work order) 6.Maintaning the record of above said mentioned work in different related register on routine basis as desired by EIC.

a) Compressed air system : The 01 Job includes repair and comprehensive Maintenance of compressed Air System comprising of 02 Nos. Air Compressors Oil free (Make-Hitachi) (i) Model No.11OP-85GA5A Sr. No.UF28982, (ii) Model no. 11OP-85GA5A Sr. No. UB-28214 and 02 Nos. Air Drier (Make:- Trident) Model No.DAYSPELL-60A Sr. No.2012/0855849 Note: Maintenance & Service includes Note: The company will be responsible for maintenance and service of Air Compressor & Air Drier after a period of 06 Months including the replacement of minor parts related to servicing of compressors and Air Driers and all consumable like Seal packing, filter, lubricant oil topup, Piston Ring, Belt and Repair of starter, electricable cable/thimbles, maintenance of Air receiver tank, auto drain valve, pressure gauge attach pipe line, isolation valves, pressure regulator, NRV etc. to entire satisfaction of EIC.
