Fabrication of Terminal Gantry by using 4 Nos. of 8.70 M long (175x85)mm, 19.5 kg/meter or (100x116)mm, 23.1 kg/meter R.S. Joist with bracing of the same by M.S. Angle iron or size (50x50x6) mm & providing & fixing 2 Nos. of 3.2 m long pieces of M.S. Channel of size (125x65x6)mm for Top as well as Dropper channel & Composite Polymeric Pin insulator. The work also includes cutting, drilling and welding with alignment etc. for proper completion of work. R.S.Joist & All civil material Must be provided by the Contractor on his own cost.
C.C. work in ratio of 1:3:6 (cement, fine sand and brick ballast) of size (1.40x0.75x0.15)m for 2 Nos. pits for making bed. Work includes proper ramming etc. All civil material provided by the Contractor on his own cost.

Earthmate :-M.S Round 32mm dia and all requried material for Substation earthmate provided by the contractor his own cost. (3500Kg approx) Earthing of Outdoor Equipments in Switchyard, as per site requirement/as per PVVNL guideline details as given below:- Digging of Trench of size-0.50x0.75x30M.,for laying of Earthmat throughout in required full portion of switchyard and refilling & ramming of the same earth into the trenches after completion of Earthmat work, Laying of 32mm.dia M.S.Bar in Trench, properly in alignment along the length and width in switchyard, Cutting of 32mm.dia M.S.Bar-3M.long and making one end in conical shape,by forging process and driving it into the earth, in trench at fixed distance as per drawing and properly welding with M.S.Bar Earthmat, Proper continuous electric welding of overlap joints of M.S.Bar upto a length of 150mm. On both sides,along the length of M.S.Bar and an extra piece of 12mm M.S.Round-150mm.long, providing on both sides of Overlap Joints and continuous electric welding on both side, along the length of M.S.Bar. All joints shall be painted with black bituminous paint, Proper electric welding at X-joints of M.S.Bar and welding by providing 25x6mm.”U” type Clamp of M.S.Flat, and proper continuous electric welding with M.S.Electrode and M.S.Bar at each X-joints. All joints shall be painted with black bituminous paint and as per site requirement.
Providing &laying of G.I.Strip of size 50x6mm for connecting the earthmat with each equipment (Bus Isolators, 33KV C.T., 33KV V.C.B., L.As., Fuse Set, Post Insulators, T/F Body & its neutral and M.S.Frame of Cabe Supporting Structure), various steel structures. The work also includes cutting, bending, straightening, over laping and welding the earth strip with earth mat and by using high quality arc welding in already digged trenches, as per PVVNL guidline and as per site requirement.
Making earthing of all 11KV Switchgears, P.T. and other outdoor equipments on both earth terminal inside the control room by providing G.I.Strip in size 50x6mm. with 32mm. dia M.S.Round laid in trench with proper electric welding, as per PVVNL guidline.
Construction of Plinth for 5MVA/10MVA, 33/11KV T/F, in size-3.46x4.46 Mtrs., as per drawing, as per PVVNL guidline and site requirements, details as given below:- Excavation of earth in foundation. Cement concrete in foundation in ratio 1:6:12, Cement, Sand & Brick ballast., First Class Brick work in ratio 1:4 with Cement & Coarse sand mortar., Cement concreting inner side of plinth in ratio 1:4:8, Cement, Coarse sand and stone shingle. M.S.work for re-inforcement 12mm. Tor at a distance of 15Cms. apart, including cutting, bending & binding by wire to each other for making JAL in two layer, 12 to 15Cms. apart.

Earthing of L.A's & Transforer neutral : Making of delta with 03 No. 03mtr. 32mm dia M.S. round bar electrode and Fabrication of 32 mm dia bar for 3.0 m long electrodes and digging them into ground so that the top of M.S. Round/Electrode remains at least 0.75m in air and jointing of earth electrode with the delta by using 75mm long piece of M.S. Round using high quality Arc welding and paints of joints with black bituminious paint by providing MS round 32mm dia and all required material.

Installation of 33/11 KV, 05 MVA Transformer Shifting of available 05 MVA, 33/11 KV, Transformer to transformer plinth in Switch Yard.
Erection of shifted Transformer at plinth by fixing all accessories like radiators, conservator tank, filling the transformer oil to desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage, complete job in all respect.
Water level earthing by Boring and lowering by providing of G.I.Pipe size 40mm dia of 2mm thickness, into the ground upto water level or minimum 50Mtr, which ever is more, with the lower end of solid copper cone Approx 224mm long and 750gm in weight shall be provided and screwed in pipe as well as bringing out a continuous 6SWG copper wire, from the cone upto the ground surface where it will be bolted to the G.I. Strip for Transformer neutral connection, the G.I.Strip will be connected to star point through providing Copper Bond Strip of size-50x6mm.
Providing & Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of G.I Channel size 100x50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. Long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300x300x700mm and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and G.I. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, G.I Bolt and washer.
Providing & Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S.Channel (100x50x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Flat (50x6) mm pieces of size 750 mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x300x700)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 (cement, coarse sand and stone ballast) complete and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts.
Providing & Fabrication and grouting of M.S. frames 3.60 mt. long for support of copper Bus Bar. Bus Bar will be provided in L.V. side of Power transformer. The M.S. frame shall be made of M.S. channel (100x50)mm in ‘T’ shape. Providing 2 Nos. support of M.S. Angle iron (50x50x6)mm, 0.60mt. long below the top channel, drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 11 KV pin insulator and painted of welding joint with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 (cement, coarse sand and stone ballast) in a block of size (300x300x700) mm. The work also includes the fixing of 3 Nos. 11 KV pin insulator with pin and binding the copper Bus Bar with the pin insulator by Aluminium binding wire in complete.
Providing & Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2500x50x6)mm in L.V. side of 05MVA 33/11 KV, power transformer, Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work.

Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quality of local sand required 0.375 cum/m in length). The cable shall be dully protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick vertically and bricks would also be laid bricks along the single cable (minimum 18 Nos. of bricks are to be laid top and outer side along the single cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal’s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cable etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6 m ring at both ends.

Laying 11 KV, 3x185mm2 XLPE, Power cable from outgoing switch gear to 11 KV double poles in the cable trench 0.45m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 thickness mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the single cable (minimum 18 Nos. of bricks are to be laid top and outer side along the single cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal’s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cables etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6m rings at both ends. At the end of feeder cables, where the cable is to be laid across pucca/main road, 100 mm dia M.S. pipe will be weared over the cable in the cable trench for the protection of cable. (Single Circuit)
