Schedule 'A'

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream line transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filtration of oil for desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note : Oil to be tested before and after filtration and test report to be submitted by the contractor all as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Disconnection of both HT and LT connection from cable end box, taking down the disconnected transformer(Outdoor/indoor type) from platform, and transportation of unserviceable transformer complete unit to workshop including loading/unloading of capacity 63KVAto 200KVA, 11/0.433 KV. (a) Disconnecting and taking down faulty / defective copper wound transformer , opening the top cover, draining out unserviceable insulation oil, and carrying out the following work :- (b) Complete Rewinding of HT / LT leg coil complete using copper wire of appropriate gauge, size and turn as existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. as specified and existing, heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. ( HT / LT Leg coils copper wound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after). (c) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of LT/HT coils as existing . (d) Fixing of HT porcelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos and LT porcelain bushing with studs, nuts and washers 4 Nos and connection with primary and secondary winding main terminals all as directed and specified. ( HT/LT bush with stud, nuts, washers shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch’A’ here-in-after). (e) Fixing only existing serviceable accessories as obtained from Ser No (a) after proper cleaning, minor repair etc all as required and directed. (f) Replacement of all gasket materials in top cover, HT, LT bushing using rubberized gasket sheet 4.0/6.0 mm thick duly pasted with gasket cement. (g) Replacement of unserviceable bolts, fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different size and tightening properly. (h) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling the complete unit and filling of transformer oil and subsequent testing complete all as directed. (j) Type Tests as per clause 16.1.1 and routine test as per clause 16.1.2 of IS-2026 (Part I)-1977. are to be carried out at manufacturer work shop all as directed. (j) Shifting the transformer from its original side to manufacturer work shop and return back after repair including reconnection of HT/LT cables and including subsequent testing complete all as directed. (k) Rewinding works to be carried out in any reputed transformer manufacturer work shop and type test & routine test are to be done at said work shop as directed by Eng-in-charge as per IS provisions stated above.

All as described in Sch ‘A’ item No 2 here-in-above but of capacity 250 KVA to 315KVA , 11/0.433 KV but Using copper winding wire/strips of Appropriate gauge/size for rewinding. NOTE : HT / LT Leg coils shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after.

All as described in Sch ‘A’ item No 2 here-in-before but of capacity more than 315 KVA and upto 750KVA , 11/0.433 KV but Using copper winding wire/strips of Appropriate gauge/size for rewinding. NOTE : HT / LT Leg coils shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnection of both HT and LT connection from cable end box, taking down the disconnected transformer from platform and transportation of unserviceable transformer complete unit to workshop including loading / unloading CSS of capacity 650 KVA to 1000KVA air colled. 11/0.433 KV complete rewinding of burnt out HT/LT side copper winding wire / strips of appropriate gauge / size and other minor spare parts like paper insulation, bushes, studs, nuts, washers etc heating, varnishing the core and testing the repaired transformer including refixing it to original location complete all as specified and as directed. (HT / LT Leg Cu coils shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' here-in-after)

Supply only LT leg coil of copper conductor/ strips for transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only HT leg coil of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to 1000 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting the transformer (plinth/ pole mounted/ outdoor/ indoor 11 KV/ 433 volts) from HT/ LT system and opening carefully by draining out the transformer oil for stopping the leakages by replacing the following unserviceable spare parts of capacity 63 KVA to 750 KVA including refilling the transformer oil and reassembling after repairs and ensuring no leakages, loose connections on HT/ LT side & charging the system complete all as specified and as directed. The rate of disconnecting, draining out of transformer oil, including replacing the following spare parts, refilling of transformer oil, reassembling, charging will be included in the unit rate of item No 09 TO 17. (Supply of transformer oil will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only LT Porcelain Bushing with Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 04) for transformer cap 63KVA to 200 KVA 11/0.433 KV all as directed.

Supply only LT Porcelain Bushing with Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 04) for transformer cap 250KVA to 750 KVA ,11/0.433 KV.

Supply only HT Porcelain Bushing with Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 03) for transformer cap 63KVA to 200 KVA ,11/0.433 KV.

Supply only HT Porcelain Bushing with Brass stud, nuts and washers (Set of 03) for transformer cap 250KVA to 750 KVA ,11/0.433 KV.

Supply only rubber insersion sheet 4mm thick for top cover and other joints for transformer capacity up to 750KVA ,11/0.433 KV.

Supply only air breather for transformer complete for transformer of capacity 100KVA to 315 KVA.

Supply only Silicagel in granular form for transformer air breather complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 25 mm gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head both ends screwed ISI marked including dismantling of old gun metal gate valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only explosion vent diaphragm of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting transformer complete by removing existing oil paint by scrapping and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces including writing SM / MES numbers and date of oil tested etc. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge and applying one coat of cement base paint on transformer plinth complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacity:- Transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 75 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

-Ditto- all as per item No 18 above but transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

-Ditto- all as per item No 18 above but transformer of capacity 300 to 750 KVA, 11 KV/0.433 KV.

Supply only transformer oil for topping up of transformers any capacity all as conforming to IS - 335 at different transformers & different locations. Note : (i) The dielectric strength of the transformer oil must be 45 KV r.m.s. (min). (ii) Test certificate in respect of the same to be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including dismantling of old one and removing from site.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 6 mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion incl taking down old unsv earthing complete.

Supply and install HT 11KV feeder pillar box / junction box factory assembled fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer, pedestal type double door made out with CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick of size 1x0.9x1 meter height dust and vermin proof angle iron pedestal of 40x40x6mm and 70cm height, dander notice board on front door, locking arrangement, bottom cable entry with AI bus bar 3 Nos of size 50mmx6mmx600mm long, earth dolly 02 Nos, mounted on HT bush insulator, CPRI approved complete with PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm stone aggregate complete with PCC foundation and coping around the pillar box at 45cm height duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x3mm aluminium strip all as specified and as directed.

S&F lightening arrester non-linear metal oxide type, complete with all fittings, transmission / distribution class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11 KV out door type including necessary connection and fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of old unsv lightening arrestor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of gang operated device (GOD), triple pole, current rating 400 amps, HT 11 KV vertical, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism operated from ground with and including jumper connection with ACSR conductor along with PVC pipe covering with colour code between main supply and GOD complete all as specified and as directed including taking down the old unsv GOD.

Servicing the 11/33 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc / pin insulator with CRC cleaning agents and applying petroleum jelly at the contact points / down rod links for smooth operation including replacement of rusted / corroded bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD as required complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. NOTE:- Insulator and nuts, bolts shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule separately.

S&F Male / Moving contact (Nife) made of brass or gun matel with brass nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and strengthening of HT / LT overhead loose ACSR conductors of any size in overhead lines upto permissible limits including removing and replacement of binding wire from insulators before stringing and rebinding with insulators after stringing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disc type porcelain, viterous, white, brown or green insulators 145 mm height 255 mm dia ball and socket type spindle suitable for working pressure 11 KV including taking down old unsv insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including one GI spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150 mm dia suitable for working pressure 11 KV including taking down old unserviceable unsv insulators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new jumper connection(s) on HT overhead line with suitable size of ACSR conductor 6/1 x 3.00 mm (ferret) PG Clamps, alkaline sleeves complete of required lengths not exceeding 2 meter including testing on completion incl taking down burnt/damaged old unsv jumper connections complete all as specified and directed

Cutting / trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 1.5 meters from the over head line to nearby trees complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only effected area of over head conductor shall be measured as per running meter.

Material and labour for spreading 40 mm graded stone aggregate in layers n.exc 15 cm thick around the 2 pole/ 4 pole structure at different area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing one number high performance digital protection relay for over load and earth fault protection suitable for 30/110 volts DC auxiliary power supply complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary addition(s) / alteration(s) to existing VCB front panel such as cutting / welding of front size of panel board / position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor under this item. The digital relay shall have the following protections:- (i) Phase over current protection. (ii) Earth fault protection. (iii) over voltage. (iv) Breaker failure indication. (v) Auxiliary power supply 24-110 V DC. (vi) Number of digital inputs, Events recording ,Number of RS485 port

Disconnecting & taking out non functional indoor VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV, upto 400 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and Calibration and testing of 11KV VCBs indoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by injection system in primary / secondary side complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘)

M&L for cross arms bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts bolts washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint incl preparation of surfaces incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 80 mm medium grade ISI marked for UG cable protection with all fitting fixed to pole or laid in trenches or laid in floor/rood complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Ultra violet radiation resistance compounded comprising to ASRM-2863 flame netarded as per EIV specification. (d) Anti rodent and antitermite compound added. (e) PVC compounds of various grades as IS-5831. (f) Compaction conductors shall be shaped and arrangement to the same will be on the cable.

M&L for serving and calibration and testing by authorised service engineer of manufacturer for upto 1 MVA 11 KV/443V CSS comprising of 11 KV RMU with one number HT breaker and two nos load break switches and out going VCB on LT sides with replacement of minor spare parts such as internal wining for relays fuses battery etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finding out pin point location of 11KV XLPE UG cable faults by fault locator machine at specified site including necessary excavation work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : All necessary arrangements at site for testing equipment including hinng locator machine from state electricity board will be responsibility of contractor and rates for same will be included in quoted rates.)

M&L for under mentioned testing on site of 33/11 KV, 2/4 MVA power transformer by State Electricity board at 33KV MRS, submitting all test reports verified by state electricity board to Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. (a) IR & PI Value Test (b) Ratio Test (c) Magnetic Test (d) Core Balance Test (e) Winding resistance Test (f) Transformer Turn Ration test.

M&L for performing under mentioned Transformer oil test both top and bottom of 2/4 MVA 33/11 KV power transformer by State electricity Board submitting all test reports verified by state electricity board to Enge-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Density in gm/CC Test (b) BDV in KV Test (c) Neutralisation value Test (d) Moisture contest Test (e) Resistivity at 90 deg C Test (f) Tan Delta at 90 deg C Test (g) Interfacial tension test.

Supply testing installation and commissioning in repair VCB trolley 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles, 630 Amps, rapture capacity upto 350 MVA in existing VCB panel including VI, VI support rod, support insulator and necessary wiring of existing panel and relay system complete all as specified and as directed. (MKake : AREVA enclosure type VMX or equivalent)
