Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. Note : All demolition materials has been removed from site and deposited out side Defance land his risk and cost, no extra payment shall be made, after removing of debris site to be clean and level as required and direction.

M&L for coloured designed chequered cement concrete tiles of a size 300x300x25mm thick with grey cement & pigment in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including a 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old chequered tiles and Paverblock surfaces/existing footpath by removing all the caked mud with wire brushes and cleaning surfaces with necessary acid and description not otherwise described and applying one coat of weather proof tile guard apex paint or equivalent of any colour complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.
