Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling framed trusses not exc 10 m span all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel ;sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 above but fixing only ( Old flat iron obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning)

S&F structural steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 above but except material (old steel obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning)

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and as directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric of weight not exc 4 Kg per Sq metre complete to wood or steel members all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4mm thick desinger pattern AC ceiling board of size 595x595mm with powder coated GI frame work of grid 600x600mm of Make Everest or its approved equivalent make, fixed with 4m dia GI wires hanged from roof truss, including two coats of oil bound distemper to board complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 x 605 mm with using 25x25x4mm T sections and 25x4mm angle and providing 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 600 x 600 mm in size all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.80 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18 above but bent to curve (of any radius) all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair,2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.45 mm thick plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 22 above but fixing only ( Old AC sheets obtained from dismantling shall be reused after proper cleaning using new hooks and nuts) all as specified and as directed.

S&F asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick, fixed with L-type of J-type or cranked hook bolts all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 24 above but except sheet (Old ridge sheet obtained from dismantling shall be reused with new bolts and nuts) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new Steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old Steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

S&F Multi rib TMT profile high tensile, 550 MP yield strength, colour coated galvalume steel sheets 0.45 mm thick as in roof covering having maximum pitch of 250mm centre to centre and minimum 28mm crest depth in length, as per site requirement fixed with self drilling/self taping screws, EDPM seal end lap 100mm and side lap one corrugation complete all as per the manufactures instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 28 here in before but plain sheet as in ridge sheet having width 600mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, in copings, bed plates,roof bands etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS plates, guesset plates and the like (plain or chequred) channels, square cut or notched forming holes, without any attchement , grade Fe -290 (Gde E 165) all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of shank 16mm to 20mm , with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 15 cm and not exc 22.5 cm long all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of existing WPT course (ie) bituminous felt, broken brick tiles, mud phaska etc of any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes depositing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same as directed at a distance not exc 50m,applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side over laps and 15cm and end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane and finally finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1Kg/sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in in roof padding,kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed (Note :WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC at the rate of 3% by weight of cement on roof surfaces finished fair and even ( Note : WPC measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Demolition of stone slab of any description laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in hardstanding finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement incudingl necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Mortor 1:6 for screed bed 15mm thick on floors .all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement .all as specified and as directed.

M & L plain cement concrete coloured chequered floor tiles of size 300x300x 22 - 25 mm thick laid in cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade. Pattern, size and shade as approved by GE all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota sone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 45 above but fixed in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar vertical surfaces etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L Ceramic coloured tiles 400x400x 7mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings. Doors, etc. to be prepated for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality - A all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of appropriate primer all as specified and as directed.
