Construction of embankment with material obtain from barrow pit with a lift up to 1.5 meter transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 &300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical specification clause301.5.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting Vibratory roller to achieved the desired density. complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam II specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(III)MORD

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be following by Seal Coat of either Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 Mord

Providing and laying Seal Coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Mord

Brick on edge pavement on pattries with bricks laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation base of proper slope and its ramming spreading blinding layer of 1 cm. depth of local sand over sub-grade including T&P etc required for proper compelete.(S.I. No. 765)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Providing & laying in cement concerete M-15 curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all material, labour, curing and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Pointing on brick work in 1:2 cement mortar (1 cement & 2 fine sand) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying of 600 mm dia Hume pipe i/c cartage

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st Year Maintenance cost (0.00% on Civil Cost item no 1 to 15)

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd Year Maintenance cost(0.75% on Civil Cost item no 1 to 15)

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd Year Maintenance cost(1.50% on Civil Cost item no 1 to 15)

The routine maintenance of above road work i/c embankment patri,pavement road sides and cross drains ,hume pipe culverts etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th Year Maintenance cost(2.25% on Civil Cost item no 1 to 15)
