Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (HSR.4.1.4) all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (HSR.6.1.2) 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level (HSR.6.1.6) 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (HSR.6.16)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies (HSR.6.30.3)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.(HSR 6.33.6) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth (HSR.7.21.1) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix (HSR.11.8.2) 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

In case of any difference in the unit of any of the HSR/DSR Items of Civil, P.H. & E.I. work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR/DSR, the unit given in HSR/ DSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (make/brand exhibited in HSR/DSR and exhibited in approved standard document) as approved by Engineer-in-charge, while executing various items/works at site. Notes:- 1. The item for which no rate or price has been entered in will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed to be covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities (Refer: ITB Clause 13.2 and Part I General Condition of Contract 39.3). 2. Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupees [ITB Clause 14.1]. 3. Deleted.
