M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ration 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

Taking out shrubs / vegetation / tree growth from building at any height & any location and applying a Glyphosate pesticide or any other equivalent pesticide , 10ml of solution / chemical mixed with one litre of water on roots by using spray gun including taking down cement plaster not exceeding 0.50 sqm for each tree and making good disturbed surface of building with 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including WPC and finishing the surface to match with existing surface including necessary scaffolding,T&P plant etc as required complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement conctrete (un-reinforeced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete mixed with water proofing compound and finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as a bedding for laying APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reparing and preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush ,drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 020 kg per sqm and laying 3 mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane weighing not less than 3.50 kg/sqm reinforced weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm laid by torch application method overlap, while torching end lap shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm lap on width side, all angles & bituminous sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints and changes should covered with CM 1:3 mixed with and including water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instructions and cured well before laying membrane etc and applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram / sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
