Providing services for operation of electric driven pump sets including its periodical maintenance in three shift per day with one operator per shift for 08 hrs from 0600 to 1400, 1400 hrs 2200 hrs and 2200hrs to 0600 hrs (including Sunday's & Holiday's) for the following type / capacity of pump sets all as specified & all as per details given in particular specifications :-(a) Raw Water Pump House. (i) Centrifugal Pump 25 HP capacity (No of Pump set - 02 No's) Make - Beacon (ii) Centrifugal Pump 25 HP capacity (No of Pump set - 01 No). Make - Kirloskar. (b) MID Pump house (i) Non clog centrifugal pump set of BEST & 20 HP crompton engineering pump. (No of Pump Set - 02 Sets) (ii) Non clog centrifugal pump 7.5 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar (No of Pump - 01 Set). (c) Leakage water pump set (i) Submersibble pump set 10 HP cap Make: Kirloskar (No of Pump - 04 No's) including 2 x 20 HP pump sets at old dam pump house as required including cleaning of the pumps/motors, pump room electrical panel etc, opening and closing sluice valves as reqd, starting the pump set and filling raw water in the UG sump of new dam or static tank of main fire station as directed by including maintaining standard log sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing services for operation of Valve Opening (Water Distribution) in the Rajendra Nagar Area also its periodical maintenance including cleaning and repairing of all leakages for Valves all as directed with one operator per Shift for Two Shifts (First Shift from 0500 hrs to 1300 hrs, Second Shift 1700 hrs to 0100 hrs) (including Sunday's & Holiday's) for following type/capacity of OHT & Valves all as specified and as per detail given in perticulars in specifications (a) Rajendra Nagar OHTscada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm) (b) Victualing OHT scada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm)s (c) Fire OHT scada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm) (d) Kasturi scada valve panel and manual valves - 04 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200 mm) (e) Barrack Area scada valve panel and manual valves - 03 Each (manual & scada valves - 150/200mm) (f) I No (Near DAG Wing) direct supply valve - 150 mm - 1 Nos (g) Wash Out Valve - 150 mm - 1 Nos (h) Krishna Block (Nerar SMW) direct supply valve - 100 mm - 1 Nos

Providing services for one month of operation of electric driven pump sets also its periodical maintenance including cleaning, greasing,oiling and repairing of all leakages for bearing, suction/delivery/foot valave, making proper electric connection and priming system to pump set etc complete all as directed with one operator per Shift (0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) (including Sunday's & Holiday's) for following type/capacity and make of pump, DG sets & Valves all as specified and as per detail given in perticulars in specifications (a) Tropo base pump house - Centrifugal pump sets 9 ltrs/second, electrical motor driven 50 HP capacity, 3 Phase, 440 V, 3000 RPM Make-Kirloskar-03 Set. (b) Tropo Base pump house DG set 62.5 KVA 1500 RPM - 01 Nos

Providing services for one month of operation of electric driven pump sets including its periodical maintenance including cleaning, greasing,oiling and repairing of all leakages for bearing, suction/delivery/foot valave, making proper electric connection and priming system to pump set etc complete all as directed with one operator per Shift of 8 hours per day (from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) (including Sunday's & Holiday's) for following type/capacity and make of pump/DG sets all as specified and as per detail given in perticulars in specifications. (a) Air force station pump house - Centrifugal pump sets 12 ltrs/second driven with electrical motor12.5 HP capacity, 3 Phase, 415 V, 1450 RPM Make-Kirloskar-02 Sets. (b) DG set.50 KVA 1500 RPM, Make-Kirloskar-01. (c) Chloronome plant 200 gram/Hrs capacityt 01.

Providing services for operation and maintenance of AC plant of capacity 3 x 28 TR (2 working & one stand by) at CCEL AC plant in one operator in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs) (excluding Sundays and Holidays) with one operator complete also operation of diesel engine generating set, 125 KVA capacity at CCEL site including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing services for one month for operation of 22 KV sub station at Tropo AF Stn by employing one electrician and one helper per shift for two shift (1st shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and second shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including sunday and holiday complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Electrician will attend all the external complaint alongwith prunning tree branches upto 3.00m from the centre line of the OH Line from INS Shivaji to Air Force receiving station and also unkeep the installation area clean and tidy by removing the unwanted grass/growth in time all as directed. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools and plants alongwith safety devices required for attending the HT/LT complaints and also keeping the surrounding and premises clean and tidy.
