Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F multi-rib TM profile, tensile strength 550 Mpa, colour coated 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet, having maximum pitch of 250mm c/c and minimum 30mm crest depth in length as per site requirement, the feed material manufactured out of 0.50mm (TCT) with coating of 18-20 microns top coat over 5 microns primer and 8-10mm alkaline back of zinc aluminium alloy of AZ-150, including the sheet shall have a hot dip metallic zinc aluminium alloy coating of zinc 43.5%, aluminium 55% and silicon 1.5% with total mass coating of 150 gms/sqm on both sides having covered width 1020mm and return leg for proper side lap as in roof covering/ cladding and fixed with self tapping screws with EDPM seal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair structural steel work with rolled mild steel sections as in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of length indicated) and similar articles conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on previously treated plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and M&L for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on previously treated plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on previously treated plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint over one coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick, in vertical surfaces etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, superior quality, 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including taking down existing tank complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed.

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including taking down existing tank complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends of any radius, suitable for 75mm bore PVC pipes, fixed and jointed with solvent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or champhered on edges including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick (average thickness) cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid waterproofing compound as in padding over roof slab, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Wherever padding shall be provided, screed bed shall not be provided.

M&L 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 using 100% coarse sand over roof slab, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Wherever screed bed shall be provided, padding shall not be provided.

Supply only Liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iit/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on membrane @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 28 above but water proofing treatment work on vertical surfaces.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iit/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M&L for chequerred cement concrete tiles of size 250x250mm and 22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra in horizontal surfaces all as given below:- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning of surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed. (b) All cracked and damaged portion upto 3mm should be treated with Smart Care crack seal and allowed to dry. (c) Applying a self priming coat of Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra with water in ratio 3:1 and allowed to dry. (d) Applying two perpendicular coats of Smart Care Damp Proof Ultra without water and allowed to dry for 4-6 hours between two coats. (e) Smart Care joint tape shall be provided at all corners and joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the exposed concrete surface of floor/ wall/ chajja by brushing & watering and applying one coat of TAPECRETE P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious slurry consisting 1:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement by weight) and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours, then applying second coat of 1.5mm thick tapecrete brush topping consisting 1:2:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement : 2 parts of silica sand by weight) over the first coat and cured for next 2 days complete all as specified and directed.
