PROVISION OF PATROLLING PATH ALONG THE PERIMETER SECURITY WALL FROM FAMILY QUARTER TO OIL GODOWN BEHIND SH-13 SH-46 AND PROVISION OF GEYSERS AT VARIOUS PLACES (BLDG NO P-16, P-22, P-17 AND P-35) AT NSD SEWRI, MUMABAI UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Surface dressing in soft/loose soil n exc 15 cm deep including clearance of grass, vegetation, shurbs & trees upto height of 2m & diameter n exc 30cm including rolling & consolidating formation surfaces in cutting ,complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material soil/stone boulder/grass vegetation etc upto total distance of 25 km out of MoD land and depositing where directed

M&L for 100mm thick (compacted thickness) of hardcore (coarse stone aggregate) of gauge n exc. 63 mm size, crushed with crusher machine deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface and including rolling and consolidating formation with exc 8 tonnes to 12 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as sub base including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for 100 mm thick Ready Mixed Cement Concrete M30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing/path, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Excaution in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cessipts, manholes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n ecx 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/losse soil.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ Thickness of concrete slab is 100mm, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' , complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars 200 mm dia, including Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) bed to drain pipes, 200 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
