2.5cm thick A.S. Flooring with cc (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hg chips of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials, watering & curing for 28 days & cost of all labour with T&P etc. complete.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade & approved make to give an even shade etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of EIC.
