Supply & fixing 'E' board (Everest make) 605 x 605 x 4 mm thick white prelaminated, set & embosed, reinforced, designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture fixed at any height, laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white,the frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm and spaced at 1200 mm center to center fixed to the structural soffits by hangers(as approved by GE), at 1200 mm rawl center, hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and fasteners and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 120 mm long cross T (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm center to center, size 1200 x 600 mm modules, cross T longer than 600 mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm moduler to be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross T centrally, between the 1200 mm cross T. T, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.

S&F for vitreous china wash basin, white, size 600x400x185 mm, Counter Top Basin, (Make- Jaquar, catalogue No - SLS-WHT-6601, or equivalent series in Hindware or Parryware) complete fixed in counter opening of granite platform and supported over bracket etc. including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting bracket and 32mm dia waste fitting brass chromium plated etc;with long screwed shanks and fly nuts,flange end, bedded in red lead cement including bottle trap fitted complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for broken stone or boulders, Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 15 to 80mm in soakage pits complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point including spreading complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- GI wire and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point max upto 7.50M shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate as quoted by the contractor.
