M&L Repair to potholes for 30mm depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top surfaces complete all as specified and and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and and directed. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. The contractor shall submits the job mix design from Govt Approved Lab for approval from GE and the rate shall be inclusive of the same. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 45.00 (Rs Forty Five) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment)

M&L for Premix Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and and directed.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minium 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORT specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr -in-charge.

S&F in repair delinator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. The body of guide post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on power coated steel pipe of 1.00 mtr height fixed in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 300 x 300 x 300mm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed. Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided omplete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stailless steel polished pipe SS-304 grade framed work such as of pipes, angles, tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding or riverting and similar work fixing around board and standard bright polishing including removing old post and fixing New board in Ground with PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) block of Size 300x300x300mm in each post complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The payment of PCC 1:3:6 shall be measured and paid under respective item.

M & L in replacement of 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3 M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted . Note Nothing extra paid for writing.

Preparation of old concrete surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 CM girth or eidth all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and dirceted .

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC hard standing, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and dirceted .

M&L for cement concreate chequered tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set & jointed with cement mortar 1:3 & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments including 20 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and dirceted . Make :- Coral/Terra ferrma/Ultra

Dismantiling Stone slabs and tiles Laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and dirceted .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm m thickness, M-35 grade With grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed .

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and dirceted .
