Disconnecting electric connection of Split/Window/cassette type air conditioner ,watercooler/Deep freezer of any capacity from any height and taking down/ keep aside servicing the same cleaning inside, cleaning of fins by means of airblower and water with pressure jet , cleaning of air filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gasket,tightening of loose wiring, loose connection and repair of parts, wornout nutbolt, washers, gasket,valves,temperature sensor,swing motor etc and necessary cutting, welding/soldering works with replacement of rusted body with new MS/GI Sheets of suitable size and making the applience fully functional and re-assembling and re-installation in same/other position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) .All the repairs shall be carried out at MES store yard including transportation of equipment shall be contractor's own arrangment.(ii) All new parts will be measured and paid as supply only under the respective item 2.00 to 5.00 listed herein below.

Supply and fixing of drain pipe of 3 mtr length suitable for split type air conditioner of 1.5/2.0 TR of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor shut off valve of suitable size for window/split AC up to 2.00 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Swing motor suitable capacity for 1.5 TR / 2 TR window/split type ACs of any type/model complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detection and rectification of leakages in refrigerant line by nitrogen gas to find out leakage in window / split type AC(1.5/2.0TR),water cooler/Deep freezer/Refrigerator of any model/make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof flushing out nitrogen gas including charging/Topup of refrigerant gas R-134A / R 22/R-32 or any other refridgerant gas as required with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning and re-assembling and re-installation in same/other position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PCB for indoor/Outdoor unit of Inverter Split ACs of any type of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR including removal of old PCB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PCB for window AC 1.5/2.0 TR Inveter ACs of any type and capacity including removal of old PCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of defective PCB of window/Split AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity of any make & type and refixing after repairing the PCB to ensure proper functioning of the AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Thermostat Switch as per exsisting size & model of Window/Split 1.5 TR/2.0 TR Capacity including taking out unserviceable Thermostat Switch from AC complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of PVC blower of Split Type AC 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity of approved Make and required Size to suit existing AC incuding removal of unserviceable blower complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 20.00 above but for window AC ( 1.5/2.0TR)

M&L for taking down of window/Split type AC of any capacity or model from any height/ any floor up to three storey building and shifting to another location in the same or other building and refixing at New Location including testing of leakage and charging/top up of specified gas as per the make of the AC and make it fully functional again at new location complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of cooling coil complete with fins made of copper suitable for Window type AC (1.5/2.0 TR) as per existing model/size including removing of old cooling coil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of unserviceable/worn out reciprocating/hermetically sealed unit compressor from Deepfreezer/Refrigerator and replacement with new one compressor, suitable for existing model/make including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R-134 A /R-32 or required type in appropriate qty after making vaccum the complete system and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Strainer with Capillary tube/capillary tube of Window/ Split Type AC 1.5 /2.0TR Capacity including taking out unserviceable Capillary Tube from AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC nylon imbraided pipe15 mm dia for condensed water drain fitted on wall including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of foam insulation heavy duty for 1.5TR/2.0TR split ACs refrigerant line as per exsisting size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refrigerent gas charging (Top up)with required quantity of refrigerant R-22/R 32/R 407/R 410 or any other refrigerent as per the requirement in window & split ACs,water cooler,Deep freezer,Refrigerator of any capacity and make for its smooth functioning after carrying out vaccum and pressure test including necessary soldering/brazing to prevent leakage all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective condenser fan motor from window type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR transporting defective motor of any make &Type/ capacity from site at any height to contractor workshop dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding the blower motor with the required size of super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting to back to site and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviceable detachable type perforated side panel from exsisting desert coller S&F new perforated side panel made out 22 gauge PGI sheet suitable for desert cooler over all size of 0.750x0.750x0.910 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable wood wool pads with supreme quality white wood wool (set of three) in repair including PVC pipe pieces 03 Nos of required length & dia for connection of water distributor/ elbows of desert coolers of complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of supreme quality white wood wool in loose suitable for industrial desert cooler complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable honeycomb wooden wool pads with supreme quality honeycomb pad (set of three) in repair including PVC pipe pieces 03 Nos of required length & dia for connection of water distributor/ elbows of existing coolers(Plastic body) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective exhaust fan of 16"/18"of any make from desert/industrial cooler and transporting it to contactor's workshop, opening of fan motor , taking out rotor, cutting out the burnt winding ,cleaning the slots and rewinding of the same with the existing size of super enameled copper winding wire including insulation varnishing, greasing, painting reassembling testing and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out defective desert cooler fan of capacity upto 300watt, 1500rpm capacity from desert cooler rewinding of the same with the existing size of super enameled copper winding including varnishing, greasing, painting reassembling testing and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of switch piano flush button single pole one way 15 Amp, 240 Volts in desert cooler conforming to IS 3854 ISI marked.

Taking down unserviceable exhaust fan (heavy duty) of 16"/18" sweep size,2800 rpm from desert cooler, supply and fixing new exhaust fan (copper winding) of same capcity complete with fan blade ,fixing in the same position by providing new nut, bolts, washer, MS frame/side arms and rubber pads etc including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing two core 4 sqmm stranded conductor through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armouredwith galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed and taking out old unseriviceable wire complete all as specified and directed.
