Dadooing of walls with Colour glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Weathering course with broken brick jelly concrete 20mm gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beaten with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness as directed by the officers and finishing the top with one course of machine pressed tiles of 20 mm thick of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges such as curing, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the roof with machine pressed tiles of size 23cm x 23cm of approved quality in c.m.1:3, 12mm thick including water proofing compound, labour charges such as curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of materials, labour charges such as curing, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Emulsion Painting two coats with approved quality of including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Wiring with 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm PVC uncheated SC alu.cable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with T.W. Switch box in flush with wall, covered with nylon sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point SD 22

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC uncheated SC alu.cable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with T.W. Switch box in flush with wall, covered with nylon sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC Fan point SD 22

Supply and fixing of W.T. Bulk head fitting complete with guard suitable for lamp with 40 W bulb with PVC unsheated leads from terminal to the fitting - SD. 83

Supply and fixing of single box type 4,40w flourecent tube fitting with with copper choke and condensor SD. 88

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit SD-125

Supply and run of 2 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI Pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and and supports for mains SD-71
