Supply and fabrication of structural steel materials of different sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS:1570) for embedded parts, vertical lift sliding gate leaf, steel hoist bridge for single stem nut type screw gear box hoist of total weight about 1825.14KG approx for 2Nos. of sluice gate (Size-2580mm x 1250mm) as per specification and instruction by Engineer-in-charge including cess and contractor profit.

Supply of following bought out materials for 02 Nos. of Sluice gate Bolts, screw, nuts, washers etc- 37Kg, Bronze pad -04nos,Bottom Rubber Seal(10mm thick)- 2.838Mtr., Φ32 Side Seal(P-Type)- 2.75 Mtr.,Φ32 Top Seal(P-Type)- 0.0Mtr. Lifting Pin- 1Nos., Nut type screw gearbox assembly suitabely square threded for 63mm dia screw rod all inclusive of cost of material,cost of thrust bearing,machining and assembly charges -01Set, Operating handle-01Nos., Gate stem cum screw rod with thread length-1.9mtr., plain rod Φ63 with length 1.15mtr, Grease & gear oil etc - 03Kg.,Anchor bar-16nos,Restraining arrangemant,Stainless steel flat - 42.62Kg all as per specification & instruction of Engineer-in-charge including cess and contractor profit.

Cost of Erection, positioning, aligning, fixing, trial and commissioning including unloading and shifting up to location of all components of 1st stage and 2nd stage Embedded parts, Vertical Gate leaf, Steel hoist bridge assembly with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, cleaning, handling and rehandling all complete as per specification and drawings with all lead and lifts required at the erection site including cess and contractor profit.

Painting of all structural components including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat primer of 40 micron thick and three coats of final paint of 100 micron each, all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevand IS code specifications and drawing with all lead & lifts including cess and contractor profit.

Concrete cutting 0.94cum, 2nd stage concreteing 0.75/cum, Watch & ward 5 days, Dewatering 5 days,construction of coffer dam-93 bags,all including cess and contractor profit.

Hire charge for vehicle for transportation of structural steel,generator,welding transformer,derrick & other T&P from workshop to worksite around 75km including loading & unloading charges.
