DAY TO DAY SERVICES AND WELCOME MAINTENANCE WITH CERTAIN INTERNAL ELECTRIC WORKS TO OFFICERS MD ACCN AND PERIODICAL SERVICES TO MD OTM ACCN INCLUDING CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS AT MILIT GIRINAGAR PUNE 25

B/R PORTION S&F in repairs 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 15 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly- nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly- nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering from the existing service water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs kept over roof slab/staging of any height and cleaning internal surfaces of tanks to remove the deposited scales, dirt, mud and other foreign materials, rubbing with water using coir/jute brushes and washing the surfaces with fresh water, cleaning the inner surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water and finally washing with fresh water including taking down existing float valve and re-fixing the same in position after cleaning including writing TANK CLEANED ON (date) on the outer surface of tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but exceeding 500 ltr and not exceeding 1000 ltr in capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm bore steel water tubing, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 including all Brass CPVC fittings for 20mm bore pipe on walls/ceiling or laying in floors and including 20 to 15mm dia fittings for fixing of sanitary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 16mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 including all Brass CPVC fittings for 20mm bore pipe on walls/ceiling or laying in floors and including 20 to 15mm dia fittings for fixing of sanitary fittings complete all as specified and directed.
