Earth work excavation for foundation in all type of soils as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting and also including refilling the sides of foundations with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2mts. for ordinary soil, cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Collection, supply and filling with M-sand in foundations, pavement and basement, in layer of not more than 15cm thick, well ramming and consolidating etc., complete, cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four M-sand eight course agreegate using hard broken granite stone jelly of 40mm gauge for foundation levelling course including shuttering dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabrication and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete terms of steel transporting straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding, welding, etc., including cost of binding wire M.S. chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials etc., complete cost including all costs etc., complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour l Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement ,two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of PVC Solid Doors using 19gauge 19mm MS Sq,tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm X 45mm with suitable tabate for housing the shutter etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 16 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.as per (SD 38)

Supply and delivery and fixing of 1000 lit HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Painting Two coats with approved plastic emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete.
