Excavation in foundation in Ordinary Soil (Loam Clay or Sand) Including Lift upto 1.50mtr. And Lead upto 30 mtr and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trench or into the space between the building and sites of foundation trunches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earht edge directed by the Engineer in Charge of 30 mtr from the foundation trunches. as per Sl.No. 251 (Ch-4)

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 FM Mortar in foundation plinth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per Sl.No. NS Ch-6)

12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth etc. as per Sl.No. 3 (13.4) Ch- 13

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Construction of un Rainforced ,Plain cement concrete Pavement ,thickness as per design over a perpair sub base with 43 Grade cement or any other conforming to si-383,Maximum size of Coarse aggregate not Exceeding 25 mm, Mixed in a Concrete Mixture not less than 0.2 cum capicity and Appropriate Weight Batcher using apporved Mix design, laid in approved fixed size framework (steel channel,laying and fixing 125 microne thick polytheen film,wedges,steel plates including laying the framework as perDrawind),Spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of controction and Expansion ,Contruction joints,applying debonding strips ,primer ,Sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints Admixture and approved curing of concrete slabe for 14 days as per MORD 1500 specification.6.40
