SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No 01:- M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. or including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02:-M & L for providing chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03:-Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaceand finished even or smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Item No 05 : M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4)on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finished even or smooth without using extra cement with WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Item No. 06 :- M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 07:- M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No. 08 :- M & L of two coats of cement base paint Paints over a coat of cement primer including preparation of new plasterd surfaces compleate all as specified and directed

Item No. 09:- M & L one coat of cement base paint Paints including preparation of old plasterd surfaces compleate all as specified and directed.

Item No. 10 :- M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying a coat of birla white putty/JK white wall care putty 1 mm thick in two layers and making the surfaces smooth & uniform on new plasterede surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 11 :- Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.50 sqm each compleate all as specified

Item No. 12:- Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified.

Item No. 13:- S & F of Pressed steel frames 125 x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed

Item No. 14:- S & F 32mm thick factory made Flush shutters solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15:- S &F factory made 35mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutter open rebate and prepare to receive glass gauze etc (without sash bars ) edge of framing divided into squares plain chamfer rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads size of members as specified in SSR I SECTION 8 clause 8.24 compleate all as specified and directed

Item No. 16:- S & F Powder coated aluminium frame/shutters for windows, ventilators openable (Side Hung) etc including joining cleat for fixing, locking arrangement, rubber beading, screws, etc complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separetely only as the labour element included in the relavent item. (ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section (iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading, glazing pin, screws and powder coated fittings such as locking arraangement etc as required, which shall not be measured for arriving the weight (iv) The rate shall also be inclusive of complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing. Note:- Aluminium window Chowkhat and shutters are to be made as per TD issued by HQ Chief Engineer Jabalpur Zone. CEJZ/TD/954 Sheet 1/1 (v) Each window shutter will include 02 Nos 75mm aluminium hinges one No 100mm aluminium handle and two Nos 100mm aluminium tower bolt. Outer window shutter will provide with peg stay arrangement.

Item No 17:-S&F sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.50 sq m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 18:- S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and fixed with beeding/Staples directed by Engg- in- charge.

Item No 19:-S & F Stainless Steel Butt hinges 100 mm type C-21 complete all as specified and directed

Item No. 20 :- S & F of 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 :- S & F of 150mm size aluminium handles cast type anodised complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Item No. 22 :- S & F aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staples and fixing clips of sheet cast extruded section & fixing bolts & sliding bolts of extruded section on 300mm long compleate all as specified and directed

Item No. 23 :- S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Item No 24 : - M& L preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron work exceed 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of read oxide primer all as specified and directed

Item No 25 : - M& L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed

Item No. 26:- Dismanteling ceiling and wall boards of any type or any thickness including cover fillets compleate all as specified and directed

Item No 27: - M&L for suspended false ceiling system using chicago metallic (E Grid) exposed suspended system, grid section size 600 mm x 600 mm, comprising of GI powder coated Main Runner of dimensions 39 mm x 24 mm x 0.8 mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/ 0.4 + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of runner 1.35 kg for 3600 mm length), Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm x 24mm x 0.8mm thick and wall angle 22.2 mm x 22.2 mm x 0.65 mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI /0.4 + PPPCGS/0.3 mm & weight of Tee of 0.195 kg for 600 mm length), and Wall Angle of dimensions 22.2 mm x 22.2 mm x 3050 x 0.65 mm thick (Thickness comprisingof GI / 0.35 + PPPCGS /0.3 mm & weight of angle 0.70 kg for 3050 mm length), with and including 4 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure steam cured) pre-primed textured designer board, water resistant, be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 2 mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof complete all as specified.

Item No. 34 : Dismantling asbestos cement sheet in roofs covering including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 35 : S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete as specified and directed.

Item No. 36 : S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ-150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete as specified and directed.

Item No. 83 : M & L for removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a leve n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 85 : M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth using extra cement incl forms moulds mitered /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 87 :- Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 88 :- Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN / Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs /MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed.

Item No. 89 :- Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface /concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 90 :- Taking down existing ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 91 :- M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor cable in and including concealed rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy duty grade of size 20/25 mm ISI marked inclusive of tees, bend, elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete icluding PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth doly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

Item No. 92 :- All as per item No 91 above but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH PVC insulated unshealthed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly.

Item No. 93 :- S&F switch Piano type single pole 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 94 :- S&F switch Piano type single pole 15 amp, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 95 :- S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 96 :- S&F socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 100 :- M&L for Sub main wiring with approved colour as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one run of PVC insulated with 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and direced. (Note:- Two runs of conductor cable, one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit)

Item No. 101 :- M & L for replacement of sheet metal enclosure MCCB DBs, Triple pole neutral vertical DB of 08 way IP43, with 200 Amprated bus bar double door suitable for 01 No incoming MCCB of 125 Amp capacity and 12 Nos + 12 Nos out going MCB SP complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB & MCB's are measured and paid in separate items and same make.

Item No. 102 :- S&F Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of disturbed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 103 :- S&F MCB Single pole and neutral rated capacity 32 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 107 :- Labour only for hanging only celing fan obtained from item No 90 above and connecting up including provision of 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed multistanded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal and M& L for painting of ceiling fans complete. in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 108 :- S&F Highly efficient LED Bulbs, 10 W, luminous efficacy having min 105 lumen/watt, used as a ready replacement for existing GLS/CFL diect fir lamp, in B-22 cap of complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 109 :- S & F wall mounted LED tube light fitting 20 watts batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser, high lumen output, luminous efficacy having min 120 lumen/watt box type fitting, 230 volts and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc with all accessories internally pre-wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor shall submit warranty of 5 years from date of installation.

Item No. 111 :- S & F for Energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 Cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick for fan base complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

Item No. 112 :- M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia medium grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe light grade 20 mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil / strata and testing on completion. Note:- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Item No. 113 :- Taking down existing old unserviceable LT UG / Service cable of any description and size complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 114 :- Supply, laying and testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with multi standard aluminium conductor laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, on poles etc of size complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 3.5 core X 120 Sqmm

(a) 3.5 core X 35 Sqmm

Item No. 115 :- Supply, installation, commisioning and testing LT feeder pillar box out door type double door and single shutter front open including locking arrangement system made out of MS sheet of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet of size 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.3 mtr and double door, canopy, dust proof, bottom cable entry plate and gland for cable size 150/120/95/70/50/25/16/10 sqmm 3.5 core suitable MS angle iron 40x40x5 mm with aluminium busbar size 600 Amps system mounted on hygroscopic insulators bus bar including suitable nut, bolt and washer (16 Nos) & including powder coated paint with and providing necessary foundation / Plateform of the feeder pillar height 1.5 feet from ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 including provision of for incoming and outgoing cable gland, thimbling for old / new cables as per site requirement and proper finishing as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm and 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Item No 117 : Supply, and laying river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 08 cm under cable and 15 cm above the cable for cushioning / protection to cable including spreading, levelling and get thick 18 cm after hand punning complete as directed at site.

Item No 118 :- Supply and laying for brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cales abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.
