Dismantling concrete posts or struts (wood,steel or R.C.C.) any section, icluding taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground by leveling ramming to true surface complete all as spd and directed.

S&F angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc and similar work conforming to FE -290 Gde E-165 complete all as spd .

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any description in any position including line wires, fixed with steel or concrete post etc complete

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire stapples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Dismantling chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of standard (weight n. exc 4.00 kg /sqm) straining bolts fixed with steel or concrete post etc complete

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type (weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm) complete all as spd.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh, size and type to standered , rail, straining bolts, including provision of binding wire complete

Excavating in post post holes (or similar holes) in each n.ex 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L in cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate)as in post hole, foundation filling in mass concrete complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stoen and pre-cast concrete articles

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' brick old size in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius , complete all as specified,

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil al as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50mm and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point al as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded aggregate in foundation, footing, foundation beams,plinth beams, bases for columns,pedestal, under reamed piles, mass concrete, etc complete.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm grared aggregate as in columns, pillars, posts, struts etc complete.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm grared aggregate as in coping, beams, cantilevers, lintel band, bressummers, Lintels over 1.5 m span etc complete.

Form work to sides of concrete surface rough finished flat in foundations, footings, sides and sofits (if any) of foundations & plinths beams and similar wk etc complete all as specified and directred by EIC.

Form work to to side of concrete surface rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal as in columns, pillars, posts, struts, and similar work complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Form work to to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, coping, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns hookings ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less the 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

- ditto - all as per above item N. 24 but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm grit plaster using white cement in the top layer with the item of washed marbal stone chipping grit plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 marbal stone chipps 10mm nominal size) including pigment (colour) to be added as per approved by Engr-in-charge in pannel with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing , the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge (providing groove shall be paid separetly)

M & L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge
